HORRIBLE! Simply HORRIBLE! They are thieves! They took my money, I never received the items I ordered and they never responded to any of my MULTIPLE emails! I wish I had checked this site and the awful reviews before I wasted my money! CONSUMER BEWARE! They will steal your money!
You can do more. I want more from Mosso. The A.I. doesn’t get the requests right. I ask to see me in a jumpsuit, I asked for it to be lengthened, then the image was lengthened but it became a dress! Sometimes the image doesn’t change at all when I ask for something different like shoes, or purse, It becomes most frustrating! Also, I wish after “working” with a stylist, and we finally find an outfit I like, there is not a link to purchase the separates, so I am left deflated because I cannot buy those items! Makes me wonder why I got on Mosso in the first place!
