What a Joke

What a Joke! I ordered what looked like a very feminine vintage rose blouse, but what I received was really dreadful and looked nothing like what they were advertising. Plus the sizing was very off; a top that went to the waist actually was below my knees :-). They should not be allowed to be selling this fake stuff, and probably won't be doing any kind of refunds either. I'll find out soon, but do wonder why they are allowed to continue this kind of scam business????

I can’t believe somebody gave them five…

I can’t believe somebody gave them five stars. I would give them -5 if that was an option. They sent me a top that was nothing like what was pictured. I mean not even close. Now, I have to pay to return it and they kept giving me hassle about that! saying we’ll give you 20% off. We’ll give you 40% off. I kept saying no. I don’t want any more of your crap. I just shipped it off yesterday. We’ll see how that goes. One item I never even received! I brought it to their attention and they said oh sorry we don’t have that one pick anything else I will give you five dollars extra towards it. I said No I don’t want any more of your junk. Just give me my refund. It’s been going on for a month now. The website claims fast easy returns. Nothing fast or easy about it. Date of experience I received the items July 2, but this has been gone ongoing since then. Shoot I wish I could upload photos.

This website is a total scam

This website is a total scam, the merchandise advertised is not what you get. You cannot return for a refund unless you pay to send back to China and then the address is so confusing if you get anything wrong it won't get there. I ordered 4 blouses for over $78 and they were all printed with the design instead of the actual design of lace and cheap material which you cannot iron out the folds really ugly. Don't buy from this website.

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE! Bait and switch SCAM!!!! The merchandise looks lovely in the ads. However, what you receive is a VERY low quality screen print on cheap fabric. It took 5 weeks to receive the items. Followed by 12 weeks of emailing back and forth with side by side photographs proving the deceptive advertising before they would agree to a refund and give me a return address. Unfortunately the cost to return them exceeds the cost of the merchandise and they will not reimburse for shipping.

Very disappointed that the product received was pathetic. More disappointed that this company has no integrity and the ads are very deceptive. Contacted them via the email address they provided. I got no response whatsoever on how to return the merchandise and get a refund. I notified my bank and filed a fraud complaint. After providing evidence, the bank reimbursed my account for the amount of this payment. PayPal was useless in any attempt to resolve my situation. I no longer use PayPal for 3rd party purchases.

Scammers - Don’t order from them!

They sent me clothes that were just printed on designs, nothing like the originals on their website. They are refusing to give me a refund, saying they have banking issues on their end to resolve.

I tried getting on the website to look for a phone number to call them and the screen just freezes up so then I proceed on an online chat and it ask’s me for my credit card information and $5 just to talk with someone about why I haven’t received my order that’s just crazy, please don’t waste your money on this site..

Sheen is an incredibly deceptive and dishonest company. First of all it takes forever to get what you order and the pictures that they advertise Look nothing like what you receive. And then they lie when you tell them that and say that pictures might vary a little bit but it’s not varying. It’s completely different quality texture, color everything. And then they offered me 10% discount on buying something new. No thank you. I’m not buying anything new from you ever again. I would never support A company like this, that has such poor quality and deceptive policies. I’m guessing they probably don’t treat their workers as well. They don’t use natural products and they lie. Don’t buy from them if you care about goodness in this world~

I placed an order based on the website photos, $139.00 on may 15th What I got looks nothing like the photos asked for a return on 6/9th today is 7/17 have gone back and forth 5 times they will not give me return info and are giving me all kinds of excuses about why they can't give a refund. Never use this site. What they send you is a very very cheap version of what you ordered. So disappointing. They are committing fraud and I am considering going legal on them. Six weeks and I still can’t get a refund from them 😡

DO NOT purchase from sheenplace.com - absolute scammers!!

Silly me, I should have checked here for reviews before I purchased from this scam company!! The tops received were nothing like the ones they advertised. Their website described the tops as high quality cotton linen blend with embroidered detail. The tops I received were polyester and the pattern was literally printed onto the fabric. They were poorly made and looked absolutely terrible. I have been trying to obtain a refund for nearly two months - the company refuses to provide the return address and instructions (as per the refund/return policy on their website). They take ages to reply, they have offered me a 10% discount, then a 30% discount (as if I ever want to buy anything from them ever again) and now they tell me their accounts are frozen so they cannot 'process' my refund. I have reached out to my bank with proof of all communications and the company's refund/return policy to ask them to reverse the transaction. Fingers crossed I can get my money back, it's $115 of hard earned money that I can't afford to throw away on inferior clothes!! Be warned, DO NOT purchase from this sheenplace.com.

ordered products that took several weeks to arrive. product was not what was ordered and a weird print on synthetic fabric . should have been heavily embroidered on linen or cotton. claim to donate for breast cancer! I would query that. have tried for 2 months to get return address or refund. they only want to give a coupon. which would never be used as they lie. Do not spend money with this group.

Terrible quality of clothing

Terrible quality of clothing, not what was advertised, just printed on cheap cloth. Unable to return or get refund, very difficult to deal with. Should not be able to operate in Australia.

Do not deal with this company

Do not deal with this company. I have tried to get my money back and they don’t even return my emails. What you see on the website is not what you get. Garments are cheap material quality and embroidery is only printed on. 😡
