What l ordered wasn't what l received. The quality was poor and it was far too big. It turn out to be a T-shirt with a Lacey pattern print instead of a silk blouse with an overlay of lace l was so disappointed. I WAS CO NNED
The photo online was beautiful. The actual shirt I received was hideous. I have been trying to return in for a good three weeks. They said they have to approve my request and they will send me a return address. Have not heard back from then though I have emailed again several times.
This is a fraudulent company. Stay away! My experience with SheenPlace was extremely disappointing. They attempted to charge my bank card twice for the same order. The second payment only failed because there wasn't enough money left on my card. The dress I received looked nothing like the one advertised on their website. They are using misleading photos of clothes that do not match the actual products. I paid for what was described as a linen dress with embroidery, but instead I received a cheap, low-quality dress made from synthetic fabric with a printed pattern, not real embroidery. The quality was terrible and nothing like what I ordered. I feel completely misled and would never buy from this company again. Save your money and shop somewhere reputable instead. I do not recommend this company.
The item was nothing like I purchased. Not 3d flowers embroidered but a cheap material with printed flowers and not even the same style shirt. Had to go to my credit card company to get my money back. Don’t order
This is a terrible company. The clothing I ordered looked nothing like what I received. It is cheap printed material, no flower embroidery or lace. Once I contacted them about it then my messages would never go through. This is fraud. They should be prosecuted.
The clothes are pictured to imply that they are lavish and actual embroidery and flowers. They are one dimensional prints on cheap materials with no depth or quality. I knew it was impossible that they would be nice so it’s my bad. Do not waste your money if you’re looking for quality clothes. A total visual scam. They did respond to my emails which is a plus but they are nothing like the pictures on line.

They are nothing but imitation and nothing like what was advertised. Do not order these. They have been giving me a runaround for a return label.

I ordered a linen blend shirt with raised rosettes. I received a polyester dress with no embroidery or raised rosettes. I have sent pictures twice and have not gotten a response.
The last order, one shirt I received an extra large shirt. I checked and verified that I did order the correct size, but someone packed the wrong size, which is 3-4 times too big. I did email you all, but did not get a reply. Also, I do not believe that you should sell shirts that are “anti-ice”, or anything else that goes against American values. This causes discord and division amongst Americans. Thank you for listening and your time.
don't buy anything from them they are a scam erstwhile I've got scammed, got a low quality material, and it even doesn't look like the pictures they are showing
The clothing from Sheen is very cheap and not at all how it looks on line. The embroidered clothing is just an imprint on the cheap material. The quality is awful not worth the price they ask for their items. I was so disappointed in the quality because I thought I would be ordering a lot of beautiful clothes from them. The return and refund policy is difficult and not customer friendly. And shipping was late. I’ve learned a lesson not to buy from them again.
Their website is false advertising clothing looks nothing like on the site. Tried to get money back would not return my money. Wanted to give me discounts. How could they get away with that poor quality terrible do not purchase from this site

So incredibly disappointed with the clothes. They were not cheap, terrible quality, slow shipment and its proving very difficult to return the items for a refund. I wish I'd looked at trustpilot before buying. The quality was so poor I didn't even bother trying them on.
BEWARE OF SHEENPLACE.COM!!!!! I ordered 3 dresses. The products I received are COMPLETELY and Materially different. These dresses are supposed to be "embroidered" and "linen" but are instead flower printed polyester and cheap. I have filed a complaint with the company and with my credit card and have been waiting for a return authorization and full refund.
I can't really comment on my purchase because I have not received it as of yet.
