Ordered $100 worth of clothes from them in September 2025. Took a month to receive the items. When received were very poor quality and nothing like pictures and descriptions showed. Have been emailing them since that time regularly. At first they wanted to send me a coupon, then refund 10% of my purchase. When I refused and stated I wanted to return items for a full refund I stopped getting responses from them all together. I am very interested in starting a class action lawsuit against them. I think we can be successful in numbers. These companies need to be stopped.

I would rate it as -5. First they advertise that the clothes are linen cotton. They took 7 weeks to arrive with no communication from the company, I had to keep contacting them. When they finally arrived they are 100% Polyester. I hate polyester and hate the feel of it. When I asked for a refund I was offered $10 on an order of $125. Then when I told PayPal I got an offer of $37 or I could ship it all the way back to China for a refund. These people are liars and scammers. DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.

This company is a fraud. The top I purchased wasn't cotton at all, it was a cotton blend which means all polyester. I won't be buying anything from them ever.
Extremely dangerous website that sells fake items NOTHING like the description however I have reported them to Cyber scam Australia plus Facebook so hopefully they get taken down ASAP plus I got my money back straight away after I sent them proof I’ve reported them
I had already selected the size and colour after paying saw the size is small and since Friday I have been trying to contact the seller that size has to be large but nobody has responded to my email very disappointing

Totally a SCAM. Ordered lovely flowy blouses & dress with floral appliques on them. What I got was pullover shirts and dress that were cheap material with photographs of the real fabric. printed on them. No appliques - no beautiful flowy fabric = I would not have spent even $5 for what they sent me and I was charged more than $100.
To stop lying and scamming people. The t-shirt I received was nothing at all like the one I ordered. Then had the audacity to offer a 20% refund!.I flatly refused and the offer went to 30%. I flatly refused that and am still waiting to hear the next offer. If I sent the horrible t-shirt back I was expected to pay for the taxes and export prices.
If there was a "No Stars" option, I would choose it. They are a complete fraud. Cotton and linen all over their website and photos. There is not a stitch of these in their products. When I confronted them, they would not address the fact that the photo actually said 100% cotton and linen. What I received was some kind of man made fiber. Very unhappy. DO NOT recommend.
I ordered a top that was advertised as 100% Lenin, like everything on their website, with embroidered design. Really cute. But what I got was 100% polyester with a printed design. Their website also states they are based in the USA and ship from the USA. It took weeks to get the item and was held up in customs. Hmmm. I contacted the company, got a reply of a compensation of 3 USD and I can keep the top and give it as a gift, because the shipping fee to return the item may expensive to me. After several more back and forth replies (all with the same reply), I received this reply…so, how about we refund you 5 USD as compensation? I paid a little over $38 for the top, and what I got wasn’t even the quality of our local grocery/dry goods store. Very disappointed and would go lower with the rating if I could. DO NOT SHOP WITH LENIN BLOOM WEAR!
ABSOLUTE SCAM of a company! Tried to cancel my order within 24 hours as the policy stated for a refund. They said it wasn't within 24hrs then said they would do a partial refund. They stopped replying to my emails and sent items anyway. The clothing was such of poor quality that i would never wear it. Such TRASH!
