The quality was fantastic, the size and art colors were perfect. I was worried that the colors might either be desaturated or overly saturated but it turned out perfect like it was in my iPad! Would 100% order again and the customer service was super helpful when I had confusions!

We totally understand the worry about colour saturation when turning digital artwork into physical products. Our team is always ready to help whenever questions pop up. We can’t wait for your next custom order!
The product came exactly how i wanted and the quality is amazing! The only small thing that annoyed me a little was how long i had to wait for the delivery, but otherwise im very happy with the service!

I’ve been working with Lollipopins for almost a year, I created some tote bags with them in Jan-March and was extremely happy with their professionalism, fast turnaround time, great prices, and wide variety of products offered for customizing. This summer I tried their new 2.5d plush dolls, which are ita bag keychain plushes. They captured my design perfectly and were very kind and patient. They were kind enough to produce 2 samples when I explained my concerns on the colors of the final fabrics and my representative Iris was very helpful passing those onto the manufacturing team to make sure my product looked correct and appealing. She show me fabric swatches at my request and helped me created custom made hang tags, explaining the process and timeframe for everything. I really appreciate her kindness and how helpful she was. I am really happy with the finished product.

We truly value your trust and can’t wait to create more amazing custom merch with you in the future!
A little pricey but great custom tote bags! Pretty accurate to my provided designs
The website wasn’t quite tailored to handle custom tote bag designs but my rep was super helpful with my order. Paid a hefty price to get samples but well worth it! The colour conversion from my files to the printed version didn’t turn out how I want them at first but because they were samples, I was able to get all of my design details tweaked to how I wanted them and they went a step above to provide me a custom palette of fabric colours so that I could pick the shade closest to what I envisioned. My rep really did their best to facilitate my requests while keeping functionality in mind. Air shipping was also very fast. I’m very happy with my tote bags, they are sturdy and the colours are vibrant. Of course, I was able to adjust the colours and art files because I asked for samples to be made and eventually shipped to me (extra cost). MOQ is a little high but as long as you have a plan in mind, it’s an amount that can be worked with.

Thank you so much for this honest review 🤲
We know our website has limits for custom tote bag designs, and we’re glad your rep supported you throughout your order.
We’re happy the sample run helped adjust your colors and artwork, and we loved providing fabric colour palettes so you could pick your ideal shade. It warms our heart to hear the sturdy, vibrant totes were worth the sample cost.
We appreciate your feedback on MOQ and always try to find workable solutions for creators.
Looking forward to our next custom project together!

Options: ☆☆☆☆☆
Lollipopins has so many merch options, it's fun just looking at the website to daydream about what I want to create!
Quality: ☆☆☆☆☆
As for the actual products, the quality is great as well! I ordered the acrylic stand, folding screen, heat sensitive, lenticular, and water sensitive postcards, and they were all made and delivered beautifully as I intended. (Taking into account the inherent restriction of each medium.)
Ordering experience: ☆☆☆☆
The only part that could improve is the ordering screen on the website. The customization options are almost too free, it's hard to know exactly how creative you are allowed to be. It would be more helpful if the site gave more examples and templates for each item, to see how big or small or irregular shaped the merch can be. Luckily the representative contacts you to make sure your art fits the merch properly.
Overall: ☆☆☆☆☆
Great experience, would like to order from Lollipopins again!

We’re thrilled you loved our wide product selection and satisfied with the quality of your acrylic stand, folding screen, heat‑sensitive, lenticular and water‑sensitive postcards.
We fully take your feedback on board regarding our website ordering page. More templates and sample references for custom sizes & irregular shapes are on our improvement list, to help customers get clearer creative guidance. We are glad our team could reach out and double‑check your artwork for you.
Really appreciate your honest suggestion and your high rating. Looking forward to your next custom project!
