Overall, I am satisfied with my order. Customer service was very quick to answer my inquiries and send back proofs. The products (pudding jelly keychains, cookie keychains and badges) also turned out exactly how I imagined and are very high quality. However, the overall production and shipping time took longer than unexpected. For a while I didn't receive any updates, but once I reached out myself they were quick to resolve the issue. In the future, I will definitely order from Lollipopins again!

This was my first time here. I've always wanted to order from Lollipopins because of the variety of products available, but because I'm a small artist, it was a bit hard for me to do so with the price + MOQ for some more complex things... ;w; I won a cupon at a contest and specifically wanted to make something with the silicone bottoms on keychains! I placed the order on the website and discussed the details via Discord. They were very helpful even when I needed some minor changes before production, and the product arrived perfectly. (It also smells nice for some reason) In the future I will be making more things with them!

let me tell you guys my honest opinion - first of all there is a LOT of options to work with not only the standard keychains or standees. From clothes, plushies, lights to even press on nails! It took me a while to choose which ones i wanted to test ngl. Also putting the order was extremely easy as the page is really intuitive -the quality is absolutely stunning, once i had everything in my hands i completely fell in love with it, my drawings look amazing there is no blur even for the ones that are extremely tiny like the phone charms. The colors also where translated accurately which sometimes can be a lil tricky when working with manufacturers -Another huge pro for me was the customer attention, once my order was set I received a file where all the drawings where shown with the sizes the products will have eventually and I had to accept such proposals Then after the products where made I got a video to showcase how they do their quality checks. It shows how much care goes into each product 🥺 -for complex designs such as for example the fidget keychain, a template is available for you to arrange everything, and honestly I was glad for that because without it I would have been a little lost! To my understanding not every product has it, but at least from what I saw, the most important ones do - Talking about the minimum quantity for each product: honestly not all products accept 1 as the minimum, but even then most have a really low minimum quantity like 5 or 10 and in sooooome cases it can be 50, but this is mostly for products that need to be made in a bunch so It’s understandable

I don't think I can recommend unless you really want to make a specific type of merch that only they have (because they do have a lot of options which is nice) my keychains were supposed to take 7 to 14 days to produce...I had to remind them of my order for them to start making it almost a month later . And yes , I know that they hadn't started working on it because they sent me mails asking to modify the artworks only a couple of days after I talked to them , which means they had not even started working on it . Then it did take almost over half a month for it to be made . I didn't even get a notification when it got shipped out . I just got everything , and while the quality is okay the printing is waaaayyyyyy too dark even tho I sent the correct color mode they wanted . So overall , not worth it , and you can also only order in bulk so now I have a lot of keychains that are way too dark but that I am going to have to find a way to sell anyway . So I've payed over 50€ for keychains that took 2 months to make only to be different from what I wanted . The delivery was really fast tho which is nice . If I ever order again it'll be because they do have a lot of choices but I won't be ordering anything I can get elsewhere from them . Update : I took off another star , they told me to email them for a replacement of the faulty keychains , they never responded . Untrustworthy . I do not recommend anymore at all .

Ordered custom purple slot machine keychains, but production was very delayed when quality control found sticking issues with the spinning, common issue for the coloured options they said. They were kind enough to replace the coloured machines with basic silver ones instead, which they said were more reliable with the spinning, but I would have liked my order to be all one colour. When I finally received my products, I saw why there would be sticking issues. The images on the spinning mechanism is just taped on, rather than stuck as a sticker directly on, so the edges of the art is poking up. The cutting of the art to be stuck in the outer design of the machine didn't use any bleed even though I provided it, so you see the black outline shape they cropped the art to. But the outline doesn't quite match the space for the art on the machine, so some pieces are placed wonky and out of the space. Have not received any answers to my emails since my products were shipped. I've ordered from a different manufacturer before for spinning slot machine keychains, so I might go back to them instead. Edit: I have gotten in contact, and after discussion we sorted out a refund. I hope production of these can improve in the future because I would love the colour options!
