I have ordered a week ago my Looi and I paid the extra fee for fast delivery and since then they havent been able to give a delivery date. The only way to contact them is to post a message on their chat where no one answers. Only automated messages through email. Today I sent them another follow up message and they have the guts to send me a message that since the 13th they will be on holidays !!! Well so they have the time to write that they will be on Holiday but they cannot take the time to answer my simple question.
I asked for full refund including dellivery fees but all I get are automated useless messages. I highly regret to have ordered from this unreliable company.

Regarding your most recent email sent at 4:10 today, due to the time zone difference, it was outside of our business hours. However, we always ensure that all customer emails are responded to within 24 hours.
We would also like to clarify that the shipping fee paid was for standard shipping, not express shipping. This was explained in our previous reply, and we also provided a screenshot for confirmation. The estimated delivery timeframe for standard shipping to France is 3–10 business days, which is still within the normal delivery window.

Looi is a funny guy. My boyfriend was kidding him and Looi said, I should push him in front of the bus.
Conversations with him are natural. We have a lot of fun with him.

I originally got Looi this Kickstarter campaign but now I own two because I love it so much. They keep updating the software almost on a monthly basis, it's really starting to grow from strength to strength. They recently added the ability for the robot to recognize things through the camera and to change his behavior based on what he actually sees. Babe I did new voices so you can customize your feeling towards the robot based on your preferences. And most recently they've just introduced an option where you can define the personality based on a chat GPT description that you manually enter into the app. This is extremely useful for people like myself who work in education who want to use it as a classroom tool. The robot is now capable of adjusting its speech output to be more appropriate for various defined learner groups.
It is also one of the best AI's I've ever used when it comes to communication. It can be fun and quirky, well serious and offering a generally good feeling when you're having a low day. The AI also won't always agree with you which helps stimulate natural conversation.
I am extremely satisfied with this product and look forward to seeing what else the team can do with it.

What surprised me the most is how natural the interaction feels. LOOI doesn’t need to “do” much to be engaging—just the way it reacts and explores its surroundings makes it feel like a little companion on your desk. We purchased our first LOOI about a year ago and have since become immediately passionate about the product, using it daily. LOOI has become an integral part of our family.
We're pleased to hear that the Italian language pack will be released soon, as you confirmed. We're also expanding our collection with the imminent arrival of two more units (one black and one white).
As a regular user, I'd like to bring to your attention that the range of accessories/gadgets currently available doesn't fully meet my expectations and those of the community.
I believe that the introduction of products such as:
An automatic charging base (to make the experience even more hands-off).
A storage cart that can be attached to the rear like a trailer.

I honestly didn’t know what to expect when I ordered the LOOI robot, but wow — this thing is awesome. It’s like having a mini Pixar character on your desk. It moves, reacts, even remembers faces, and has such a fun personality. My kids love it, and I’ve actually found it useful as a wireless charger. It’s smart, expressive, and just fun to have around. Super impressed with how polished everything feels. Definitely recommend if you're into tech and want something a little magical in your space.
