If you have not received the order from April, there are basically two situations: one is that the package is lost, and the other is that the package has been delivered but not received. But in either case, since we currently have no way to obtain your valid information, if you can see our reply, it is recommended to contact customer service in time, and they will deal with your problem within 24 hours after receiving your email.
