Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers truly love the soft and warm materials of the onesies, frequently praising the staff for being exceptionally helpful and responsive when assistance is needed. Many people also point out that the costumes look just like the promotional pictures, fit well, and make wonderful gifts. Some reviewers were not happy with the delivery service, noting that packages took much longer than expected or failed to arrive in time for special events. A few other people also felt that shipping costs were quite high and experienced frustrating delays regarding international transit or order processing.

Tracking information hasn’t been updated in 6 days and I’ve lost confidence that this costume will come in time for Halloween parties and Halloween next week. Save yourself the stress and order elsewhere.
I had a great customer service experience! Although I received the incorrect costume, the team was quick to assist and helped us resolve the situation. My son loves his Eevee costume and is excited to show it off on Halloween!
I'm always nervous ordering from a new site, but this went great! Arrived when it was supposed to, and looks just like the picture. The costume we ordered is soft and my son loves it.
I order 3 pikmin onesies. A blue, a yellow, and a white. They ran out of the white one so they reached out and we agreed on another blue one. Shipping was alright. Wish they had the white one in stock. Or update their site.
Do not order from this company. I looked them up ahead of time and saw good reviews so I went for it but wish I never had. I ordered September 4th, so it would get here in time for my son to do Halloween events. It said 7-10 business days. By the 27th it had not arrived so I reached out. They said it wasn't even made yet, then wrote back shortly after saying it was made and could ship and that it would take 7-10 business days to arrive. By October 7th they told me it was clearing customs and would come soon. There has been no update on the USPS tracking. It is now the 11th and I haven't gotten it. That is 5 full weeks of business. I cannot stress enough how much I do not recommend this website. I wish I had never wasted my money.
I got a Momo onesie and it turned out great! Halloween should be fun this year. Would recommend
I love my Pokémon onesie! Everyone in my department at work has ordered one for from Lucky Onsie for Halloween, so I had to join in on the fun. I also had to reach out to customer service regarding my order, and they responded promptly. They were kind, helpful, and made the experience easy. I feel confident knowing I’m buying from a reputable company like Lucky Onsie, and I’m happy to support their business now and in the future. I highly recommend them!
I ordered the Pokemon Greninja onesie for my 8 year old in preparation for Halloween. The onesie arrived earlier than I expected (9 days total), which was a nice surprise. The tracking never showed an update and the package suddenly arrived on my doorstep. My son loves the costume and thinks it’s very soft and comfortable to wear. I bought the size 115 which is a little big on him (he’s between a size 7/8), but the bagginess helps since I plan to stuff the legs with batting to match Greninja’s bulky legs. Overall I’m satisfied with my purchase.
It took a while to come, but when it did...it was so well made and my son absolutely loves his Yoshi onesie and wants to wear it all the time. I'm glad we waited for this one over buying something cheap and poorly made elsewhere.
Was on a deadline for a weekend onesie loaf and game party, I contacted them via email and was replied super fast! They helped me fix my order and shipped it fast! Im very happy and highly recommend them to anyone that wants to enjoy a great onesie !!
Order arrived well on time, sizing was accurate and the picture reflected the item exactly as it was, no complaints from me.
Great product. My Grandkids love these onesies. Great Service. Shipping time very good. Would recommend this fun shopping experience
They were able to get my product to me in such a timely manner, I got to use it for the new SuperMarioGalaxy movie. They even got it to me earlier as requested. They came in clutch to save my project. Now I can use the Onsie for future cosplays
The onesie arrived quickly and looks great!
I needed 6 Pokemon onesies for Halloween last-minute so I had to do Express Shipping. I wasn't sure if they would make it in time but they were shipped very quickly and arrived with time to spare. They onesies look amazing and they are very high quality! Just as advertised and at a very great price as well. Would be happy to do business with Lucky Onesie again in the future :) Thank you!
Amazing quality and handling aswell as great customer service!!
I was very leery about ordering, but I looked up the reviews and felt semi ok taking a risk. This company is shipping from China, so I was worried. HOWEVER, I had a great experience. Customer service was great. My first order arrived fairly fast. Second order was a little slower, but it's winter and almost Christmas. The onesies are super cute! My kiddo is going to be so pleased with her gift!
The material on each onesie is soft and really warm. It only took a couple of days to receive my 6 onesies and the customer service during that waiting period were absolutely amazing. I'm definitely buying more soon
Super high-quality onesie! The very best part is that it is just as soft on the inside as on the outside, which you don't get with all brands. Also has pockets, and the front zipper conveniently opens from the bottom as well as the top. I am very glad I ordered this. It is above and beyond the quality of other onesies I have. I would recommend ordering with plenty of time in advance, because the 3-5 day shipping took 14 days. Customer service was very helpful and did refund me some of the shipping cost. Thank you Lucky Onesie!
I did not receive the onesie I ordered. They were however very responsive and issued a refund quickly.
