I am very happy with my purchase
I am very happy with my purchase. Order was received in 13 days with the medium level shipping ($10). The item had a small hole in a seam, which I can fix.

评价综述
AI 生成Reviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers truly love the soft and warm materials of the onesies, frequently praising the staff for being exceptionally helpful and responsive when assistance is needed. Many people also point out that the costumes look just like the promotional pictures, fit well, and make wonderful gifts. Some reviewers were not happy with the delivery service, noting that packages took much longer than expected or failed to arrive in time for special events. A few other people also felt that shipping costs were quite high and experienced frustrating delays regarding international transit or order processing.

This is a terrible online shopping site…
This is a terrible online shopping site there shipping dates are way off even if you pay express shipping order won’t even show you tracking information you have to email them to ask for that. My order took a whole week for them to even ship it and it was such a headache tracking it. Do not recommend, do not buy from this store.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They shipped way after I ordered the piece (and not until I emailed them about it). I finally received "something" in the mail but it was only 1 item (I ordered 3) and it was the wrong item!!
Expect what you pay for.
It took far longer to ship than was quoted, but their team was very helpful and reassuring, provided a tracking link, and also got information for me when items were “stuck” in shipping spaces for too long. I bought the Snorlax, and for the price I think it’s a pretty good onesie. The material, while soft, is definitely on the cheaper side, but I feel the price reflects that. Paying less than 50 dollars for a kigurumi is unheard of, and this is a really good low-price option.
Lucky if it works more than once
Lucky if it works more than once. Second time I ever wore the onesie the zipper came completely off. When I asked for a return I was told I only had 7 days to return it. These onesies are garbage.
Love the snorlax! Good onesie website.
I am a big guy, and love kigurumi. I have been trying to find onesies that suit me. Then I found this website and I am very satisfied with their 4XL Snorlax! ! ! I asked them on FB before buying, and they helped me choose the size. The package also arrived on schedule. Now I love my Snorlax so much. Another big guy my friend is also ready to buy it.
