I ordered a onesie on 10/18/2021 and paid $20 for 4-7 day shipping because I wanted to make sure I’d get it by 10/30. I did not get it until 11/3 (13 business days later!) when I no longer need it. There was no indication that there would be delays when I ordered it.
The company is terrible about responding to emails, but when they finally did email me back they said I could either return it and pay another $20 for return shipping or keep it and get a 20% refund.
After a lot of back and forth they refused to offer to refund me more than $10 (for a $40 onesie plus $20 express shipping that wasn’t provided).
Never order from here.

HORRIBLE. I ordered it on the 18th and paid for express shipping so it would come in time for Halloween. Well Halloween is tomorrow and NOTHING. I even tried emailing them multiple times and no response. The worst part is is that this was supposed to be a group costume so now I’m not sure what to do. Terrible Experience
Purchased the Sully Onsie Pajama for my daughter for Halloween. What I received looked nothing like the picture. It was a cheap knockoff that had terrible stitching on the face, looked nothing like the picture or Sully. I emailed them 10+ times looking for a resolution or return and never received a response. NEVER ORDER anything from them. Terrible experience.
UPDATE: we JUST got our order today and we were missing one of the onesies we ordered. WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. Still no response on the refund for the onesie or the shipping we paid extra for. Really wish these other bad reviews were here before I made the decision to go with this company but hopefully this will save someone else’s money
ZERO starts. This is a complete scam. Do not order from this website! I ordered a costume 10 days ago and paid $20 for expedited shipping. My package has yet to ship and I have not gotten a response from multiple inquiries via email and phone. This is not a legitimate business.
Ordered on the 17th with expedited shipping. $20 for shipping by the way which is insane and more than enough for 2-day shipping. Have not even received a Tracking Number for shipping 12 DAYS LATER!! Still no order on my doorstep!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!
If i could vote 0 stars, I would. Expedited shipping and 3 weeks later... no package. 10 emails sent... no response. I guess it's my fault - I should have looked at the address where the company operates. Hopefully one day this "company" and everyone who "works" for them is eradicated off the planet like the rats they are.
Like pretty much everyone leaving a 1 star review, I ordered on the 15th and went with Express Shipping so I could guaranteed get it before Halloween. Boy was I wrong. When I started to figure out my costume wasn't arriving I tried emailing them, but I get no response. Almost want to say that there is just nobody even operating this business anymore and they're just raking in free cash. Do not purchase anything from this site.
Terrible service, gets your to pay for express shipping and then doesn't ship your order after a week . Was supposed to match my daughter for a monster's Inc themed Halloween. But now my package is not expected to arrive until after Halloween. And I placed my order 2 weeks ago with express shipping. (4-7 days) didn't ship my order until over a week after my order was placed. And still is going to take longer then 4-7 days to be received ruining a Halloween.
I've ordered also package express which they say 4-7 days for delivery no answer over weeks now.
DON'T PLACE ANY ORDER HERE IT'S A RIP OFF. Have to take back a bit what was said, the parcel finally came but it tooked 3 1/2 weeks. I guess it's the delivery company which is or are having issues to deliver.

I hardly ever write bad reviews but this one is needed. Do not pay extra for shipping because you will not get it as expected. Do not try to call or email the company because they will not answer emails and their phone is always either busy or “powered off”. We ordered three onesies for Halloween and haven’t gotten even an update as to where they are. We ordered them almost two weeks ago and should’ve gotten them 4-7 days after shipped, and they charged us for the highest shipping option and still labeled the package a ground parcel. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY
This place is horrible. I ordered a Halloween costume for my son on Oct 5th, and they said it would be 7-10 days. We are well after that now, and they haven't even shipped yet. I'm extremely doubtful it will be here for Halloween, and he's already missed his school parade. Take your money elsewhere
I ordered a baby onesie on October 9th (a Saturday) as a Halloween costume for my daughter. Shipping said it would take about 7-10 business days so I figured it would cut it close but it should make it here (WA, USA) on time. I believe it was the 18th and I still hadn't received a email saying my item had been shipped or anything. So I emailed them asking if the status of it. She emailed me back on the 21st and told me it was "dispatched " and on it's way. They gave me my tracking number and it said it was already out for delivery to me the same day haha so I panicked for nothing. Would've been nice to get an email though saying it was shipped and on the way here so I could have some peace of mind. But I received it in a decent amount of time. It was pretty much on time and I don't think I paid extra for shipping. So I'm pretty happy about the whole experience, mostly bc I was worried it wasn't going to come in on time etc so I was freaking myself out. But they said 7-10 business days so it got here pretty much got here within that range and just in time for Halloween! The quality is pretty good too. Fuzzy and warm on the outside but smooth lining on the inside so she'll be warm but not hot in the cold fall chill. But I'll minus a star for giving me a panic attack (even though that was my own fault I guess haha) and I believe I ordered the footed onesie but the one I received didn't cover the feet so minus a star for that. It also has a zipper going down the chest AND a zipper down the leg to across the bottom for easy diaper changes. Can't comment on the fit bc it is big on my daughter but I sized up bc I wasn't sure so again, my fault. We love it. Hope this helps!
I ordered 2 onesies and they did not come in 4-7 days and i payed the $20 shipping its a ripoff. Me and my friends wanted to be it for Halloween and this is the cheapest we could find . We are in Canada so we had to pay over $50 . Rip off please save your money next time .
I ordered a onesie from them for Halloween. I reached out three days ago because I hadn’t received a shipping notice, and the rude response just said out of stock, they’ll ship a different one. I ordered this weeeeeeks ago and based our entire family’s costumes on this. Don’t buy from them.
