Clothing not of good quality, site is very miss leading. They are NOT located in the U.S.. You can only communicate by email. It takes a long time for response. The material is very Cheap, Description is NOT what it looks like. Wanted to return my items, thats when you learn They DON'T offer return Slip and oh by the way we are located in CHINA. They have great marketing photo’s to lure you, via Instagram, but beware!! Although you have a 30 day return policy, They make it next to impossible to return anything. They will not give you a return slip and for instance, stating that the sizes do not work, they want to know why they do not work. If is too small, they ask “ exactly where is it too small”? Can you believe this? The products do not run true to size, they are all over the place, although the fabrication and the materials tend to lean on the good side, nothing fits exactly as it’s made in China and they don’t have quality control. I would skip this company completely.

But I have checked their reviews and it seems as though the positive review have all come in very short waves from "users" who have only reviewed products on this site. Clearly this is a sign that the review is a bot or just fake reviews. The reviews are even written as a response to some of the other bad reviews. Here's a good idea for you, Made Pants... Make products that you can stand behind. You will sell them for a long time. Also, what the hell is that chat gpt designed logo. It says only "confusion".

I really like the products offered on the website, and I hope I’ll love the clothes. But I’ve not gotten my order or any communication about the order, shipping, tracking. My credit card was charged and I’ve not heard since except the email asking for this review. Maybe I can update it once I receive my order.

Made in China. Return policy is all messed up. Do not buy from here. I sized up on a pair of cargo pants mentioned, material was actually quite nice, however, they were still way too small. Trying to do a return they want me to buy another pair that they’ll give me at 80% discount. Plus I have to pay for the shipping. Keep the pair that doesn’t work for me and do what with it? The cute overalls that I ordered, don’t look anything like the Advertised picture. They haven’t even said how they’re going to fix that for me yet.

Horrible product, horrible service! Product does not look at all like it does on the website. Trying to return item and I’ve let them know the item didn’t fit as I expected and all I got back was multiple emails asking why they didn’t fit. Finally after a few emails about the fit they finally said I was responsible for sending the item back to China. They provided no return slip and sent me an address in China to send the return. The cost to return something to China is crazy! They finally offered to cover half my return cost but will only refund my money when (and if) the item gets to China. I have no confidence I am getting any of my money back so I’m better to take the loss on the pants and donate them. I’d lose WAY more money trying to return them. I am definitely NOT a return customer!!
