Almost a 5 star

I would rate my overalls a 5 star, but because of the length (inseam) was very short. I’m 5’11 and 190lbs and I bought a large. The inseam came in at 26” should be atleast 32”. Made due by wearing boots and the straps were adjusted to their longest length.

Not worth buying from China. Returns are expensive

Got sent the wrong size garment. The cost of return made it prohibitive once Chinese duties were paid and with no guarantee that I would get them back. Madepants offered a 50% refund and said I could keep the garment. It's no use to me so I'm out of pocket by about £30 after the refund. I thought I was buying from a US company as the pricing was in $. I try not to buy from China, it's just not worth it.

Overalls from Madepants

I found Madepants through IG, and after checking the site from Trustpilot I was confident enough to order overalls. Edit. This is a scam. The overalls I ordered was 5XL. I'm not the fattest person in the world, by far. But this garment did not fit at all. The worst part is that these are 100% polyester. And not even recycled, but pure Chinese toxic waste polyester. So, it was 40 euros wasted money, because no one wants to buy these from me and the returning is difficult.

Price ok for the quality!

First of all my order arrived after 2 weeks which I think is ok, and I could track it. Thank you! About the order itself...well, I ordered Women's Contrast Washed Denim Overalls. My order was not exactly as I had expected...how? Well, the overalls I am guessing are a very good copy of the image presented! I'll give them that but the material is not the real hard and durable denim. It is a very light denim-like material. It does look ok though if one does not mind copies. So I was a little disappointed, but again, the price is ok for what I got! I like the overalls though I doubt they will survive many washes! :)

Poor quality and ill fittings clothes

Unfortunately the clothes I ordered were not made from Linen material as advertised and did not fit well. I ordered two items in size medium and two more flowy items in size small. None of the items fit, very narrow in the hips. They will not accept or refund return items. I will not purchase from them again.

They are a scam company

They are a scam company. Items fit doesn't remotely match the sizing on the website. Their return policy is that they will give you a discount on re-purchasing more items. They claim the return shipping is more then 4x what the shipping cost to begin with. All the clothes are paper thin. Avoid this company.

Terrible return policy and poor sizing!!

This has to be one of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had. I purchased these because the social media ads were cute and the sizes seemed inclusive. It was nice to get free shipping as well. The clothes took SO LONG to get to me I'd honestly forgotten I'd ordered them. Unfortunately the sizing was definitely not standard US or UK 2XL and arrived marked as XXL which is definitely different, and was way too small across the bust. That's when I discovered the horrible return policy. It took three emails to get a straight answer about the returns. I was finally sent the address to ship back the two items which I had to pay for myself including customs leaving the US and potentially going back into China. The shipping costs were already half the cost of the items themselves. This is clearly the intent, to make it so difficult to return the items that we will simply keep them. It's such a bad business practice I was shocked. I wanted to like these, they're very much my style, but the experience has been so disappointing that I'm making sure to share a poor review any time I see them pop up in my feed now.

I contacted them

I contacted them, at first was told they don’t have return label. Then, they can take the items back will only refund me 50%. I spent over $500 half refund is unacceptable. I’m forced to exchange for the same item even though they don’t compliment me when I have them on. So sad. I’m not recommending them. They should have a better return/echange policy

I spent nearly $200 on this crap and two items don’t fit. One I sized up to assure fit but it’s a nope. Another I sized up and it’s so big I can’t wear it. Chinese companies like this are clueless about US sizes. The shoes I bought for $50 actually do fit but they’re cheap plastic materials garbage. Save your money.

I love the item

I love the item. The fabric is comfortable and well-suited to the garment style. It’s already a favorite in my wardrobe. My one star off was because it was difficult to follow the tracking and anticipate the item’s arrival.

Ordering was easy, but have not received any update as to status. As far as I know, it isn’t fulfilled or shipped. Its been nine days since my order was confirmed - Amazon has raised the bar!
