It's an utter scam. I've purchased 4 items which didn't match the description and had to open a PayPal complaint to get reimbursed.

Ordered the overalls. The S ran too large for me and asked to order in an XS. They don't carry. Nowhere does it state the returns are to China! Am being incentivized to keep and order something else with an 80% discount. Why do I want to order from a company that was deceptive from the beginning.

I bought the overalls
I bought the overalls, a tshirt and a pair of jeans. The overalls are too big. Could have bought a better pair at marks work warehouse. The tshirt is a cheap piece of crap with a plastic like flower design on it. It is super wide and short. Nothing like the picture. The jeans are the worst I’ve ever seen. Nothing like the picture. Super cheap made with a tag in them that says “Jeans made in China”. The shape of them is ridiculous and they will be going in the garbage because it sounds like the return policy is not worth it. Lesson learned and I will be a lot more careful about where I order clothing online. Extremely disappointed.

I recently ordered 2 pairs of overalls. The product seemed well made and I liked the fabric, but they didn’t fit. I inquired about a return and was given an address in China. It was going to cost me more to return than the items were worth. In their return policy it simply says that you need to email for a return address. They also speak of being a small family run business. Both felt deceptive to me.

Do not buy from this company. I doubt that they are family owned. I purchased a jumpsuit and it was too small. They wanted to know why it was too small and what exactly and where it was too small. I said the item is too small and I would like to exchange it for a medium. And they told me they could not help me. They do not honor the return policies.

I wish I could give this place a zero, the don't even deserve the 1 star. I really want to take out a full page Google ad and shout from the roof tops how much they suck. The sizing is off. The quality is cheap. The customer service is absolutely horrible. They took forever to deliver. Order at the end of May, didn't get it until mid to late June. It's great for teenagers (think H&M) for basic cheap t-shirts or casual products. Their PR department is great because it looks great on the website, but what actually arrives is nothing like what you saw. They have a ridiculous return policy that discourages you from returning anything. First, they offer to sell you a new item for half the price (if I'm returning it, why would I buy it again?), then they purposely don't provide you with a return label so that they can dissuade you from doing so by telling you that shipping cost will be too expensive. They suck and need to not exist

When I asked them for return information they informed me that it was cheaper just to keep them but they would offer me a 50% discount... After pushing them just to send me what I ordered, they then offered an 80% discount, and then a 90% discount. I simply refused and told them I would just deal with this through social media and to keep my money. Two weeks after initially contacting them, they finally agreed to refund my purchase. A second pair that we ordered never arrived (we order online almost daily and have NEVER had an issue with deliveries). They told me to contact USPS. Don't order from this Hong Kong based company! I ordered a pair of overalls. The color wasn't good for me. In oder to return it I would have to mail it and pay custom taxes in order for the package to be accepted in China. Don't get caught up in this policy. I will NEVER shop with this company again.
Sizing was small when it came
Sizing was small when it came. Washed it in cold water and hung dry just to be careful. It shrank even more. The material is subpar (it said cotton/linen blend) but it literally felt like polyester/viscose. Their return policy (atlhough stated prior to buying) is not very good because they will not refund shipping. Their email requested a reason why the return and that they would send me an email with a return cpnfirmation and an address to return. They came back with an email saying how about an exchange but I would still pay for the shipping. I did not accept that seeing the product is suspect and most likely the same lousy quality. They then said how about we keep the product and they will give us 50% minus the shipping cost. I had no real choice. Now I am stuck with a useless product and out of pocket for shipping and 1/2 the product cost. DO NOT BUY FROM MADEPANTS or ANY AFFILIATED COMPANIES.

I ordered like 200$ on merchandise3 dresses and only one fit they were the same dress same size supposedly. They are not true to size. Bought 3 pairs of linen pants for the summer none of them fit. The legs on all of them were very small when it was supposed to be palazzo style it all look not saw right threads hanging in all, not good fabrics couldn’t use it had to give it away. Because is from China no return is worth, it will cost more to fight it. Learn not to buy from any Facebook or instagram advertisements.

I ordered two pairs of capri pants and despite being 2x they wouldnt even go past my knees. I paid $52.00 so not a small amount. Emailed the company and it came back not a legitimate email. Thankfully I used a credit card so they disputed my charge and I got a full credit. Do not order from this company.

Don't waste your time with this company. The cut and fit are terrible and because you're returning to China, you'll never get your money back. Shame on me for not doing more research, because I wasted around $50 on clothes I'll just send to goodwill.

THEY WILL NOT PICK UP THE RETURNS. YOU WILL NEVER GET A FULL REFUND. It's definitely a scam. They do not want you to return items. I ordered 4 items, they were low quality and didn't fit well. It took many emails just to get the address of where to send the returns, which was China. I paid to ship the return and paid the customs/ duties in my own country. When the parcel arrived in China they refused to pick it up because a tariff in China needed to be payed. I lodged an investigation with my home country's mail service and they said the tariff is to be payed by the recipient and I was unable to pay it. It took months of emails and follow ups before I gave up trying to get a full return. I eventually gave up and got a partial return. It's a scam. The website looks nice but the clothes might as well be from temu or wish.
Cute clothes, cheap fabrics
As I was putting in the order, I noticed the company was based in Hong Kong. I figured it would be another Temu or Shein like company. I was right in terms of quality--pretty cheap (but so is the price). Very thin fabrics except for the linen dress (quite nice). I'll be amazed if the clothes last a couple of washes. Still, the styling and price are appealing. I usually order Medium but went with Large and am glad I did. It took weeks for the package to arrive during which time I was emailing them. They did email back each time and sent me tracking info from a Chinese company. After all is said and done, the clothes fit and I like them. I don't think they're a scam but then again, I didn't try to return the items.
