Madepants.com clothing makes H&M look like couture. Their website is outright misleading. I purchased five items with descriptions--cashmere, linen, and 100% cotton--but instead received cheap synthetic fabrics. None of the five items I purchased are wearable. Their products contribute to waste. Don't spend your hard earned money here. I wrote to madepants to make good on what they advertise and the response I got was I had to pay for shipping + customs back to China for a refund. I reported them to @Paypal as a fraudulent business.
If there was an option for zero stars I would choose that. Orders some coveralls and they were nothing like advertised. Complete peice of garbage. Super cheap fabric, poorly made and took forever to get here.
First I would give no stars if I could. Second I can not upload screenshots because I would share the messaging back and forth of our conversation so you can see how slimy they are. Also it is shipping from China some reviews never get past the order, but I have tracking which was in Chinese by a site "17Track" and origin is China.
I ordered the Lace V halter bottoming top in black. It came nothing like the picture. The straps were thick not strappy. No cute back exposing laced V it was a regular back. And no lace trimming along the bottom. The only part they got right was it was black. I messaged them and they offered 50% refund I stated that they were not in any position to barter with me over the price. They had not given me even close to 50% of what I wanted and I was 0% happy and I would not
pay to ship it back unless they reimbursed me. Then they offered 60% and no shopping reimbursement. This time I told them that they manipulated people into buying items so that they could then still keep half their money and I didn't take kindly to swindlers, thieves and liars which is what they are. I also threatened to screenshot the messages all over social media and report them.
This is where the tune changed and they asked me how much I felt was an appropriate refund. I replied all my damn money and included a screenshot of my order email. Within 2 minutes my money was in My account with a confirmation email.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. THE FEW GOOD EXPERIENCES DO NOT DISMISS THE FRAUD GOING ON HERE. Even a broken clock is right twice a day.
The size and fit was wrong - the arms and legs were too short, and the body of the outfit was huge. When I emailed them, I was told it is “not worth it” for me to do a return. Now I’m stuck with a very ill-fitting jumpsuit! What a waste of time and money.
The product came in pretty quick and they looked great and well built! After one day (just one day) of wearing them the rivets that hold the straps busted apart because they are made of a cheaper aluminum type material! The fabric ripped near the rivet area on the bib of the overhauls. Contacted the company and they made amends for the product failure!
Do NOT buy from them. Beyond overpriced from what you get and their return policy is some person on Facebook messenger trying to convince you to keep them. Instead of simply providing me with the info and making my return easy and seamless, After heavy complaint I was first offered a 50% refund and to "Gift it to a friend". Mind you I pay in CAD so the overalls I ordered ended up costing almost 100$ (96$).
I had to threaten to report a fraud on my credit card for them to accept to give a better refund, and I'm still paying for the shipping.
The products are really not worth either the price, the time or the hassle. Feels like wearing a short and very wide bag.

shipment takes forever. these items come from china. not what was expected. denim is not good quality. also it states that you can ask for a return shipping address. however, when they contact you they say they do not have a return address or a return label and it is too expensive to return. they tell you you can order another pair at a discount and keep the other one. a huge hassle! don't bother.
Temu quality at Madewell prices.Overalls very lightweight,cheap fastenings,and hurried presentation- had to clip multiple loose threads.O.k over all, but know ehat you’re paying for.

Poor customer service. I received a pair of bibs I ordered but did not like. I have become email penpals with someone who does not want to accept a return. If you look at their website and read the return policy it is vague, and now obvious, they are not willing to work with the customer. It almost feels like a scam, but I did receive the product. The quality of the product is not what I had anticipated. I guess I will be donating or using if I choose to paint the house.
Scam.. I ordered a pair of sloppy pants 3 weeks ago and just checked the tracking from the email this company sent and it claimed to have delivered last week. No package at all was ever received from them at my location.

The item arrived today. They are the ladies striped coveralls, exactly what I ordered. They are cute and super lightweight. I will enjoy them for this summer.
Sizing for this item is - as they said - on the small side so always be sure to check THEIR size chart. You also won't be the same size in every item. DO be sure to look at each sizing chart! Read the descriptions carefully.
Given that the items are in U.S. funds, as a Canadian I have to add about 36% to the total costs, making this overpriced, even "on sale" with any extra discount they may offer. If they had a Canadian website, priced accordingly, or offered me a BIGGER one time return customer discount, I might buy more.
