Ships from China so takes about a month. I ordered overalls using the size chart, and they were way too short and small. I also found the material to be very thin compared to other cargo/overalls I own that are known brands.

I wish I didn't have to give them a star as they never gave me the products I ordered. Said it would arrive by Christmas, now its January and they haven't even shipped anything. They sure did process my card fast though. Don't order from this retailer unless you just want to pay for something and not receive it. Waste of time and money.

Horrible customer service, as others have noted they don't want you to return and in one case noted, returning to China is very difficult and sometimes unsuccessful with costs only to you. Overalls were not sized correctly one being way to long, the other too tight to wear. They have confirmed you are better off not buying at all from companies in China. Will donate product to Goodwill. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and no note buy anything from them.

Bad quality products. Customer service tries to stop you from returning by urging you to exchange for an other size. After finally returning to an address in China at 21,75 euro costs (registered), it came back to me, unopened, and 3 months after sending it!

They claim that they believe in their products so much they have a 30 day return policy. They will ask you first ask you why you weren’t satisfied and then give you a run around to justify their product. An unhappy customer is an unhappy customer.

Glitchy checkout process and bad customer service!
I attempted to order from this site multiple times. The checkout process is so glitchy that my purchases wouldn’t process. Yes, I tried multiple forms of payment. Then, when I contact customer support I am simply directed to try a different form of payment although I had already done so.
Don't know how to use measuring tape
Made pants had twice now sent me clothing that on the website is described as oversized and when it arrives the dimensions and sizing is all wrong. I got a knee length jacket with sleeves longer than the jacket length!

The pants are not true to size. They are super small! I can’t wear them at all!! There is no place on the website to do a return. Poor customer service and I would NEVER recommend or purchase from this place again. It took almost four weeks for the pants to arrive only to not fit. Utterly dissatisfied!

If there was a zero that’s what they get. I haven’t even received my order as they use a cheap, unreliable delivery service who don’t respond to emails. Made Pants customer service is AWFUL - they told me l need to wait to be contacted by the courier service and will do nothing to help me except supply the courier customer service email. DONT TRUST THEM!!
