Placed my order and never heard back…
Placed my order and never heard back from them until I opened a paypal complaint. Then they contacted me stating my article was out of stock and his supplier was late delivering thus they are resellers. Was provided with tracking, but 6 weeks later, neither refund or pants are in my possession Then found out they ship from china.
TRICKED INTO BUYING A NON-STANDARD SIZE
I ordered a pair of women's stonewashed denim jeans in a size XL. The jeans received were tagged XL. However, the sizing was NOT XL. The jeans looked as if they would fit a pre-teen girl. When I reached out to the company they said they would not refund the jeans because they were a clearance item. When I chose the jeans on the website I was offered them at a lower(discount) price because of what I was paying for another item I was also ordering. The faulty sizing was not my fault, the way they were marketed was deceptive and at the least they could have offered an exchange.

This company has horrible return procedure. I have been trying to return a defected item and no available return info is given to me. Their policy states to email them which i have done and still no return info given.
Men’s are Women’s? Misleading website.
Ordered the Women’s in Camel color but what arrived were men’s khaki. Customer service said I got what I ordered and that men’s and women’s are the same. The women’s I assume would not have a zip fly as did the pair that arrived at my house. If women’s and men’s were the same, they could advertise as unisex rather than men’s or women’s. I give 2 stars only because my email was answered promptly and I liked the quality of the overalls. If what they replied is true than the website is misleading and I do not have women’s overalls. If anyone out there wants a men’s size S, I’ll be taking them to Savers.
I sense a scam here
Its been a month since I ordered and still no shipping confirmation, tracking info or, arrival of my order. When I contacted help/support they were ambiguous and did NOT answer any of my questions or help with tracking down my order, they got pretty snarky to be honest. I have a feeling I was scammed.

Terrible experience. They make you chase down your order to multiple 'Warehouse facilities' and say they will send an email in a couple of days, but nothing is received. Stay away!

Chose the size by your chart. Don't know how a person with a 40" waist is getting into a large. I wear 36" waist pants with enough room to conceal carry IWB both my pistol and two double stack magazines.

Ordered a jacket, cancelled 20 mins later after I realized it was a counterfeit made in China, got an email back asking why I cancelled, explained - next day I got an email that my order has shipped, so cannot be cancelled. Order arrived, it's XL (I ordered M), to return they ask you to ship the product back to its Chinese warehouse, pay for tracking and fill out customs forms. Avoid, once you buy, there's no return and no guarantee you'll get what you ordered

BAD!! I would not have even given it a star but in order but the only way I could get to write it I had to give it a star. This company is bogus. I never received any of my order and it cost me $197. I have tried repeatedly to get in touch with this company to either send me my order or refund my money I have not had any response, It makes me not want to do business with any vendors on Facebook.

Made in China shipped from China! Takes weeks to arrive. The sizing is weird so if you get the wrong size you cannot exchange (they will refund if you pay shipping (which is more expensive than the product). They give you a code to get a discount on another pair that you then have to pay shipping for as well as the cost after discount. I ordered in early January and finally got the overalls on my body mid February. As far as quality, I give them a 6 out of 10. I we are lots of overalls and these are probably the most cheaply made for the price. The final fit is nice because it isn't baggy but all in all, not worth it. By local or small businesses instead...
Chinese company making subpar knockoffs
Madepants is clearly a Chinese company that makes knockoffs of other popular brands, but I was willing to gamble on them. After waiting 17 days for shipping from China, the products I received were adequate quality for what I paid, but definitely subpar to the original products they're copying, which was pretty much what I expected. Photos, descriptions and reviews were obviously stolen from the original websites. I ordered the Dovetail knockoff "workwear stretch overalls" and the photos and reviews were clearly stolen straight from Dovetail. At least I received my order and the items fit although they do run small, so I'm not totally disappointed with the product but I would never order from them again or recommend them.

Just ok I was disappointed at the quality of this jacket.. the outer liner was really thin.. it's warm but feels very cheap . I would value this jacket more at the $65 range.. feels like you could wear it about one or two seasons before it ripped

Typical Chinese company. Incorrect Sizing. Horrible customer service. Expect you to pay for %20 of the replacement once you finally receive the product plus shipping. Be better than me, buy American.

Buyer beware. The return policy is a joke. They expect you to pay return shipping and deal with customs to China. It’s cost probiotics to actually get a refund. I was only able to confirm the return address was Chiba after several resistant emails to my return. Poor business practices.
