I was happy with the shopping experience until I noticed (and received an email) asking why my 12% Discount had not been applied. I thought it was because some of the items were on sale. But, no. I went back & saw that the 12% was supposed to be deducted before processing my Apple Pay. In this economy, 12% actually matters.

If I could give a 0 I would. The customer service was horrible and not helpful..I reached out due to an incorrect address-this after it was taking over 2 weeks for delivery. CS told me to reach out to the shipping company which o did. The shipping company could not change the address because it was "too far away". It was a foreign company and not a UPS or FedEx. It was a company I'd never heard of. Anyway, I was told to wait wait wait while it appeared I wasted money and was a part of a scam. Anyway, I am disputing this with my credit card company because they did not offer to reship nor any other sort of appropriate action. AND it took them 2 days to respond to my email about the shipping. I was told to PLEASE not call my credit card company but to PLEASE wait for the old package to be returned to them and them to reship it. At that point it will be almost 2 months. I'll pass and dispute. I'd say shop at your own risk.

I made a small error when I placed my order. I emailed customer support and they corrected it right away. I received the overalls in a timely fashion, and they are great quality and fit well! My new favorite outfit for fall!

I’m trying to exchange my size for a smaller size and nobody is getting back to me on what to do! Been going on 3 weeks and I finally got someone to try and give me a discount to keep it!
