I accidentally ordered the wrong size the first time around, but I was not able to return it because customer service is awful. I then re-ordered it in a large and paid expedited shipping and again the large does not run true to size, so now I am stuck with two dresses that are useless to me and the customer service department is absolutely awful and have been zero help. They have done nothing to help me return these dresses that I paid full price for both plus expedited shipping. I will tell anyone who listens never to order from this company again. If they would have just accepted the two dresses back and refunded my money it would’ve been no problem, but they are terrible.

Awful quality!!! The photos are obviously not theirs as I've since learned multiple so-called companies use the same photos to sell cheap knockoffs. Sad thing is, these prices are not cheap for people who are struggling. In my case, I only bought one thing. I'm now calling my credit card to report this company for fraud.
Do not order from Margovil . I wish I would have read the reviews . It is by far the worst online shopping experience I have ever had . I ordered 3 dresses . They took my payment with no problems of course . It came within normal range . Than the story unfolds . The dresses were so incredibly poorly made . The material was terrible and fit was even worse . I emailed immediately to start my return and followed all the requirements for a proper return including paying for my shipping which was 60$ . I’m just so stupid . They got my dresses returned and will not refund me . It has been over 2 months . They stopped responding to me too . Do not order from this company ! Learn from my mistake. Save your money !
The dress looks nothing ike the picutre and the quality is horrible! There are seams running down the fronr of the dress and the size I ordered is nowhere near that actual size. I would never order from here again and do not recommend anyone buying from this site. They have never responded to my request to return the dress. Oh, and it took about 6 weeks before I even received the dress!

I have reported thos business to all federal agencies with regards to retail sales, tariffs and USA practices. I made them aware of their business communications. It’s a tactic that USA legit business’ do not practice. My advice to all customers running into issues with them: dispute with your banks.
Don’t ever use this website I ordered three dresses and they did not fit and I tried reaching out to the company and they were telling me that I had to pay for the return and that I would only get a partial refund. This company is a scam and the material sucks.

Very disappointed with this company. I requested cancellation of my order multiple times over a month before the item was even shipped, yet they completely ignored my requests and sent it anyway. Now they are ignoring my email to properly honor my return request. To make matters worse, the dress looks nothing like the photos advertised online. The quality, fit, and overall appearance were extremely misleading compared to what was shown on the website. Customer service has been frustrating and unhelpful throughout the entire process. I would strongly caution others, and would NOT purchase from this company.
I had a terrible experience with Margovil. The dress took 2 weeks to arrive and was poor quality. I didn't like it so I tried to return it, but the customer service was terrible. They kept asking for a picture of me in it, which I thought was inappropriate. Then when I finally got return information, it looks like it's going to be between $20-$80 to return. They offered a $6 refund if I just keep it. Pathetic. Never buy from this company!
Worst online shop I ever dealt with. First of all, it takes them forever to ship. When I asked to cancel my order, they ignored my request and shipped the items after about six weeks anyway. Then when I finally received the items to quality was so bad. Unfortunately, I ordered before reading all these review reviews but I can 100% agree with everything everyone writes. And those five star reviews on their website must be fake. The dresses don’t even remotely look like advertised.
Please do not buy anything from this company in china. I ordered the dress and the zipper was not working so then when I zipped up it split and sent them the picture as they asked. I asked for a full refund and they only would refund $7. I paid $86 for the dress. They said if I send the dress back I run the risk of the dress getting held over customs and will affect the refund process. They make it hard for you to return. Never again will I order from this place. Do not waste your money here. Go somewhere else that has good reviews. That was my mistake, in not checking where it was coming from and not checking reviews. Save you money.
Zero stars. Ordered 3 dresses 4.6.26. Received 2 of them on 4.24.26 (I paid for 5-8 day expedited shipping). I still haven't received the third dress. One fit fine and the other was an awful fit and way too big. When I asked to return they kept adding for photos of me in the dress so they could provide recommendations. I don't want recommendations I want to return the dress. I have gone back and forth with them for days and haven't gotten anyway. I was recently offered a $7 refund to keep the item. I have asked on at least 5 different occasions for my expedited shipping to be refunded since I have not even received the 3rd dress. They continue to ignore that question. Do not buy from them the quality isn't great, the shipping time is terrible and if it doesn't work out you will be stuck with the items.
