Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Definitely not shipped within the USA and they do not accept returns. The dress was way too small and I requested instructions to return. Their response was we will give you a $5 credit if you keep it. My response was it doesn't fit, why would I keep it. I tried to make a return because the clothes did not fit. They offered me 15 out of the 115 I spent. Horrible. They don’t even deserve 1 Star. I’ve never been so disappointed.

In writing this review I think it’s important to provide a bit of background on my order for perspective. I ordered the strapless, pleated faux leather midi dress in both the black and brown color. I believe each dress was only $30, so my expectations were fairly low. I placed my order without first looking at this site to look at reviews, but when I did not receive any notification in the 9 to 15 day window that they stated, I started to get concerned about whether or not I was scammed. I did reach out via email to their customer service, and surprisingly received a response within about 48 hours. The response just said that the item hadn’t shipped but they were working to expedite it. After about nine more days, I reached back out to customer service via email. This time they responded within 72 hours and told me that my order had shipped and provided me the tracking number. I was able to follow the tracking number and did in fact receive my items. I’m so glad I ordered, I love them and get a ton of compliments on them every time I wear them. The size was a true medium (maybe just a tad on the larger size but within acceptable boundaries) and the quality was better than expected for a $30 garment Based upon the reviews on this site, I was probably just one of the lucky ones. Not sure if I would order from them again, but my experience was favorable but slow.
Oddly, everything I've gotten has been pretty good. I never have high expectations of quality for what they charge. The materials used are inexpensive, but still look nice. They have some very cute, different looking dresses that I love. Some are too long for me, but I'm not quite 5'5", so that's to be expected. Shipping does take a while, but again, for the price, I always a assume it will. One time when I inquired about my order, they apologized and offered me a full refund, or a small refinance if I was willing to wait. I accepted the few dollars and waited. Without being able to try on clothing, I never expect to be completely satisfied with how everything looks on me, and I never assume it will be worth my time or effort to attempt a return, so I'm rarely disappointed.
2 of 3 dresses ordered are great! If you've never ordered from a fast fashion Chinese company before, Margovil might take you by surprise. All the reviews you see on here are accurate! I've learned that these companies send you accurate products about 2/3 of the time! So, that's what I expected. 2/3 dresses were great and just like the picture. The 3rd was cheaper quality/fit and nothing like the picture. Awful! The return process is what all the reviews say, verbatim wording from company. They offered me $5 instead of an address to return the $38 dress. I badgered and finally got it! Will see how much it costs to ship back to China. If I can still get $10+ back, I'll ship. Otherwise, I'm stuck with it!
