Thank you for taking the time to write this, and for over 30 years of riding Marin — three broken frames and still coming back says a lot about the loyalty between you and our brand. I'm glad the factory email came through when your local dealer didn't, but I'm sorry it took three back-and-forths and two separate shipping charges to get your Mount Vision parts sorted. You're right that our responses should include working links with accurate info the first time, not the third. I'll make sure this feedback gets to the team so we can tighten that up. Really happy to hear your 2014 is back on the trail. Here's to many more hard miles on it. Thanks again for sticking with us!

Hi Gabriel, thank you for the great review and for taking the time to share your feedback! As bikes purchased through ExpertVoice ship partially disassembled, they're intended to be finished by a local bike shop or by someone with the mechanical know-how to assemble them - so it's expected that it arrives in more parts than a fully built bike would. We're sorry to hear about the small chip on the forks - that shouldn't have happened, and we apologize for it. Please can you get in touch with ExpertVoice customer service team, who will be able to help with a warranty. On the cassette, we can confirm it was brand new, not used - it's simply shipped without extra packaging gloss, which can sometimes make it look less "new" than it is. Really glad to hear you're happy with the bike overall. Enjoy the ride, and don't hesitate to reach out if anything else comes up!

Hey, thanks for the feedback - sorry the shipping took longer than it should have. That's not the experience we want for anyone riding a Marin. If you've still got questions about your order or want to flag anything else, reach out to us directly and we'll sort it out.
