Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the exceptional quality of the materials, noting that the fabrics feel durable while successfully giving their old furniture a completely refreshed look. Shoppers also appreciate the quick shipping times, helpful customer service support, and the convenient availability of free fabric samples before making a final purchase. However, some reviewers were not happy with the fit, mentioning that certain slipcovers felt too loose, difficult to tuck in properly, or simply unsuitably sized. A small portion of buyers also experienced unexpected delivery delays or noted that communication regarding shipping updates could have been handled much better.

The ordering process was easy, they reached out to me to make sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted. The color, fit, and quality of the fabric are wonderful. I would happily order additional slip covers from them again in the future.

The cover material was good quality and arrived sooner than expected. However the fit was very tight, I had to struggle to get the cushion covers on; they material was very taut, clearly strained to fit. The cover was also 5-6 cm above the floor, not floor length, on all 4 sides. I replaced it less than 3 months because it just didn't look nice.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you were satisfied with the quality of the material and the prompt delivery. However, we regret that the fit did not meet your expectations and that the cover did not fully address your needs. Had we been made aware of the issue earlier, we could have more effectively assisted in resolving it. Nonetheless, we greatly appreciate your input and will take it into consideration moving forward.

Packaged amazingly. Had a storm and nothing got wet. Colour and fabric and stitching perfect. However. Cover is slight too big and the style of the couch is round cornered and cozy. The cover has very square corners entirely changing the look.
Thank you for your detailed review! We’re so glad to hear that you’re pleased with the quality, packaging, and stitching of the fabric. We appreciate your feedback regarding the fit. We will use this unput to help customers in the future, as well as our team in production. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we hope to be able to serve you again in the future!

My Karstad sofa has reached the end of the eye-pleasing life and rather than tossing it, I decided to get new covers. Since Ikea had long discontinued it (so much for so many years of warranty, thanks guys) like most of you I had to find the covers elsewhere. I ordered a few pillow covers in colours I thought I would like for the sofa and this way I would know exactly what it would be like once you start using it. I picked the Petite Titanium Gray in the end (finally the orange cat hair blends in :)). Here is what I did not know... the covers fit slightly bigger than the original one (foam and filling has been compacted over the years of use hence it does not give you that new sofa look). When I just changed them out, I was rather disappointed. I did some research (big thank you for Mark's upholstery videos on YouTube) and got to work. First, you steam the foam sides on the cushions and, it will bring it back a bit, closer to the original size, then you add batting to fill in the space. For pillows, you have to open the inside part, pull the stuffing out, fluff it out (rip it to shreds) and put it back in. Start from the middle section, shred, fill and move on to the next one. I added a bit more just cause I like them firm). Got 4 cheap pillows from Ikea for that. Once this process was done, my sofa looks brand new, no sagging. The quality of the covers is great, love, love, love the colour. I think you will be very happy with the covers if you are willing to put in the work.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with your Karstad sofa covers. We’re thrilled to hear that you love the quality and color of the Petite Titanium Gray covers. We appreciate your honest feedback regarding the fit of the covers. It’s understandable that the wear on your cushions over the years would impact how the new covers sit. We're glad to hear that you found a solution through some handy videos, and it sounds like you put in some commendable effort to restore your sofa’s appearance. Your detailed tips on steaming and refilling the cushions are incredibly helpful, and we’re sure they will benefit other customers who may face similar experiences. It’s wonderful to see how a little creativity and elbow grease can bring a beloved piece of furniture back to life. Thank you again for your thoughtful review. We’re here to assist you if you have any questions or need further support. Enjoy your revitalised sofa!
Ordering was easy, putting them on was easy, and they look great!
Thank you for your review! We are very pleased to hear you had an easy time ordering and putting on your new covers. It is also great to hear that you love the new look it brought to your sofa! We hope to help you again in the future.
