Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the exceptional quality of the materials, noting that the fabrics feel durable while successfully giving their old furniture a completely refreshed look. Shoppers also appreciate the quick shipping times, helpful customer service support, and the convenient availability of free fabric samples before making a final purchase. However, some reviewers were not happy with the fit, mentioning that certain slipcovers felt too loose, difficult to tuck in properly, or simply unsuitably sized. A small portion of buyers also experienced unexpected delivery delays or noted that communication regarding shipping updates could have been handled much better.

Since IKEA had retired my couch style, I was looking for different custom cover options to replace the tires cover we had. After discovering Masters of Covers sent free fabric samples, I knew it was going yo be the one. The samples were essential since colors can appear very different on a screen and in real life and the fabrics texture was important for me and my family (including our cat - who had an opinion too!). Once the cover arrived, I knew it wasn’t going yo be a simple swap. I had to redo some of the batting on the arms and discovered along with a few other repairs. It took several hours, not because the cover was hard to replace, but because of the repairs needed and allowing the glue to dry. The cover was a little bigger than the original, but I was able to make it work. My husband, kids, and cat were impressed! And it feels like we have a brand new couch. I’m so grateful we didn’t have to add the frame and foam into landfill. Thank you!
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with Masters of Covers. We are thrilled to hear that our free fabric samples helped you find the perfect cover for your couch, especially considering the importance of color and texture! We're delighted that your husband, kids, and even your cat are enjoying the new look and feel of your couch! Thank you once again for your kind words and support. If you have any further questions or need assistance in the future, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Color and fit are perfect

Service was speedy and they fit well, but I was disappointed with the fabric. It didn't really look like the picture and looked like patio furniture fabric. I ended up not using them and just stuck with my old covers.
Thank you for your review and feedback. We're glad to hear the service was speedy and that the covers fit well. We’re sorry to hear that the fabric didn’t meet your expectations—it’s always our goal to provide accurate product representations. We also would like to note that each screen can portray the fabrics different than they are in person. If you were unhappy with the order, we encourage you to return the items, as we want our customers to be completely satisfied. Additionally, in the future, we recommend ordering samples before purchasing to ensure the fabric is exactly what you’re looking for. If you would like to reach out to us via email at [email protected], we would be happy to help you resolve this situation. Thank you again for your feedback!
