Oftentimes, seat cushions can slighlty wear out over time and not hold their original size and shape as at the time of purchase. Therefore leading to the cover seeming to not fit properly. We make all of our covers to the exact measurements at the time of purchase, in order to make sure that the covers will be just the right fit. Which is why we encourage all of our clients to contact us before hand if the sofa has been used and worn in order to get the exact measurments to ensure a perfect fit! The package has been shipped on December 5th and from our experience it should have been delivered before Christmas. After checking the status of the package, we realized that it has been delivered on 29th of December. We want to clarify that the delay was beyond our control and was primarily due to the extended customs clearance process at the German customs duty office, exacerbated by the holiday season rush. And that is the reason why the status of the order did not change for some time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. While we strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, external factors such as customs processing times can sometimes lead to unforeseen delays.
