I ordered the premium velvet because I have a cat, and even though it's holding up well, it's already starting to show some scratch marks. It's also a bit loose, but it's not that noticeable.

Fit almost great , took for awhile to take ikea sofa measure as comunícate back and forth as measure was different that proposed by my model. When product arrived still a bit loose (but I haven’t washed yet) but corner cover was not fit quite great, because it’s under sit no much visible. Overall support was good and responsive, I’m happy about product and looks good.
Planing to order additional one, once I washed received one to see if size needs to be adjusted.

The cover is really nice and fit great, however the velcro straps were not long enough to reach under the seat cushions. We ended up just stapling the cover down but it would've been nice if the straps were the correct size so that the covers could remain removable for easy washing. Over all a pretty good purchase.

I really like the covers. They took a little longer than most orders to arrive I think maybe a few weeks. And they're just a little bit on the loose side but I absolutely love the velvet and overall they are at least as good as what I'd hoped for

Delighted with my new covers, it gives a new lease of life to my arm chair and it’s a more sustainable option than replacing the chair. Colour of the covers is as shown on website. The fit is good overall, just a tiny bit short around the legs but should stretch. Good service, would definitely recommend it.

The covers are very well made and look very good. The only issue was that the Velcro straps that keep the cover in place were too short. This was an easy diy fix, but it seems that some odd the measurements may have been off during manufacturing. Would be 4.5 stars if it was possible. Would definitely still recommend the covers to anyone.

Cushion covers were perfect with well made zips but the cover for the sofa didn’t fit quite as well and it was missing quite a few Velcro strips. It was difficult to tell once everything was put together but wear and tear on the sofa over the next few years may mean that the fabric will rip in the places where it doesn’t fit properly.

I ordered replacement covers for two poang chairs. The pillows had the snaps put on backwards. The chair covers had velcro put on three inches too low. If you compare it to our IKEA covers, the mistakes are obvious. We asked Master of Covers to correct their mistakes, and they keep asking for more pictures despite my sending them pictures and extensive explanations. Horrible customer service. Do not buy from them.
In response to your message; I did contact customer service and submitted photos before submitting the review. The problem had nothing to do with size. The pillow cases would have been fine but the snaps were backwards and impossible for anyone to use, despite the model. I also submitted photos of the chairs before you started work.
When I received the covers and discovered the errors, I immediately emailed and customer service acknowledged receipt of my photos showing the mistakes. I not did hear anything for a week, so I followed up and customer Service said Masters of Covers needed even more pictures because Masters of Covers didn’t think anything was wrong.

The cover will look differently depending on the country of its origins and the year it was manufactured. The differences are slight but from the point of view of the production company, these details are significant enough for a cover to fit or not fit perfectly for a given armchair model. Our company requests pictures of the defective covers, so our customers don’t need to return the product to us. Thanks to them our team may assess the claim, and find a solution. It makes the whole process much faster. We hope our explanation helps you understand that our intentions are well-based, and the proposed mechanism saves you the time of receiving the correct cover. Again, we are very sorry for this situation.
I mistakenly purchased the wrong color covers and wanted to return and buy a second set in the correct color. I mailed the originals back in late June and they arrived in Poland customs on August 20, 2022. They are still in customs over a month later. I have continually asked customer service to help by contacting customs to inquire as to what the issue is. I don't speak the polish language so can't contact customs and speak to them. BUYER BEWARE. If something goes wrong with your order it's very expensive to ship back and customs can keep your package indefinitely. I'm now out $215 US for covers and $100 US for shipping. Very disappointed with the help customer service has given to me.

Please note that our team has contacted the Custom Clearance Office in Poland several times. At this point we are waiting for the packages to be cleared at the border. We have no influence over the time it takes to process the packages. We issued a claim to speed things up when you contacted us. When the package arrives, we will issue a refund.
I bought the cover for the sofa bed part of the ikea Friheten sofa couch.
Love the cover.
Don’t like that it does not include instructions on how to put on the cover and there are no videos online on how to properly do so either. Also, there’s no piece of fabric included to apply to the base of the sofa bed part so that the original sofa cover can be seen when the sofa bed part is pulled out.

Unfortunately our order wasn't correct when we received it. One redeeming factor was the ability to correct the order swiftly and therefore inconvenienced us minimally.
