Maxfind has developed the best long range electric skateboard with highest performance. Use the best materials and the latest innovations for fun and convenience.
Most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Customers frequently praise the electric skateboards for their truly impressive speed, strong operational power, excellent overall build quality, and exceptionally smooth daily ride. Many consumers also warmly appreciate the highly responsive and exceptionally helpful support team that readily assists individuals with necessary replacement parts and troubleshooting.
Some reviewers were not happy with occasional component failures, specifically mentioning premature battery degradation, reduced capacity, and broken mechanical parts. A few people additionally experienced frustrating delivery delays, long waiting times, and major difficulties getting a response when trying to resolve their service issues.
Really can't fault this FF AT board with such a quality build at a great price. It's reliable and just works. But I try to start moving uphill while off-road it will have some difficulty. However, this can be prevented by starting on a flat gradient then turning into the hill to travel up. Riding this board off-road felt like surfing through a field with trees flying past, there's nothing else really like this. It really excels on sealed surfaces and is built for curving. Never owned any kind of board, purchased this one. Now I'm hooked.
The Maxfind brand has excellent customer service. I ordered a MAX2 PRO dual drive, unfortunately it was out of stock in Europe and so customer service changed my order to a higher model MAX2 PRO X for free.
This is something that is not common and I am glad I chose Maxfind.
The worst experience ever... It all started with the website where choosing an option changes the price but th options of the better board stays visible. After trying to cancel the order via email one minute after the order, nothing happened anf the goods are shipped a few days later. I tried to investigate and got responses that it will happen in a few days even the goods are on their way to me. But after i sent them back also no refund happened. Only after 2 weeks of daily writing and writing that i will give a bad review a refund happened. In the end happily i got my money back. And after waiting nearyly 2 months for my money i should delete the review because i got my money back... Thanks for that but it was a fault from you and not from me, and this is my statement and my review with your company.

Hello, we have sent you the refund. We hope you can abide by your promise. Thank you.
Never again maxfind. The guys from maxfind sent my order more than six months later. The support was already lousy during this time. Ever since I demonstrably returned the order and the package was sent back to the warehouse, the support has been very poor. They don't want to refund my money. I have been asking for months about the current status. I am always put off again. No help from them for months.

It's because you didn't send it to our warehouse, so we can't issue a refund. This is fraud.
Exceptional Customer Service Experience with Maxfind
I recently encountered an issue with my Maxfind FF AT electric skateboard and contacted their customer service team. Their prompt response and dedication to resolving my problem exceeded my expectations. Happy with their outstanding customer service.
My FF BELT electric skateboard has truly exceeded my expectations. The dual belt-drive motors provide excellent acceleration and hill-climbing ability, while the deck offers outstanding flexibility and stability, with excellent grip for sharp turns. The board's stylish design, top-notch build quality, and attention to detail are impressive.
The battery life is outstanding, and the fast-swap battery design is perfect for long commutes or weekend adventures, while the regenerative braking system enhances battery life. The intuitive remote control allows for easy speed and braking adjustments. Overall, the FF BELT board is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable mode of transportation.
Helpful support! Recommended for hub motor all-terrain boards
Helpful support! I haven't tried their belt motor boards, but I have 2 hub motor boards (FF AT and FF Plus) and would recommend them! I have a large collection of eskate boards from many manufacturers, but these hub motor boards with solid tires are quiet, reliable, great for all around use if you can only choose 1 board.
Fine on pavement, super fun sliding around on simple dirt roads.
(for FF AT, to fully reset remote, while remote and board are on/paired you should hold down the power button on both remote and board at the same time.)
There was a problem with the battery charging, I sent an email to Maxfind, they instantly responded requesting a short video of the issue which I did, once again a quick response from Maxfind, to say they are sending me a new battery.
Without a doubt this is exceptional customer service.
I had contacted them for a replacement part, as my belt snapped when riding. They arranged to send me a replacement belt free of charge. Always appreciated.
Still Thrilled with Battery Life and Shipping Speed
As a proud owner of the Maxfind FF AT for a full year now, I'm delighted to share my experience. First and foremost, the battery life has exceeded my expectations. It's held up remarkably well, allowing me to embark on long rides without any worries. If I were to give one piece of advice to potential buyers, it would be to consider purchasing extra batteries to extend your adventures even further.
In terms of shipping, I've had consistently fast and reliable service. Contrary to some reviews I've seen claiming delivery issues, I've had no problems receiving my orders. It's worth noting that, in my experience, the only delays occurred when certain items were temporarily out of stock. Maxfind seems to prioritize shipping from local warehouses, which has been a big plus for me.
As a young rider, I've had some epic adventures with the Maxfind FF AT, and I can't help but give it a well-deserved 5-star rating. This board has truly exceeded my expectations in both transportation and service.
Transportation-wise, the Maxfind FF AT has opened up a world of possibilities. Its all-terrain capabilities mean I can conquer any path that calls to my adventurous spirit. From off-road trails to city streets, this board handles it all with finesse. The speed and power are impressive, making every ride an exhilarating experience.
I've been riding the MAXFIND FF BELT for a while now, and I must say it's been a fantastic experience. The board handles city streets like a champ, providing a smooth and enjoyable ride. The belt drive system is reliable, and the acceleration is responsive. It's perfect for my daily commute, and I love the sleek design. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that I wish the battery life was a bit longer. Overall, though, it's a top-notch choice for urban riders like me!
OMG, guys, let me spill the tea on the Maxfind FF BELT skateboard! As a student, this board has become my absolute ride-or-die companion. It's like having my own personal magic carpet, taking me on wild adventures around campus.
First off, can we talk about how smooth this baby rides? The belt drive system is like butter, gliding effortlessly as I cruise from class to class. No more struggling with wobbly rides or clunky vibrations. It's all about that smooth operator life now!
And let's not forget the speed, fam. This board is legit fast! I'm talking zooming past my friends like a sonic boom. It's the perfect way to make a grand entrance or beat the clock when I'm running late for that dreaded early morning lecture. Who needs a tardy slip when you've got the Maxfind FF BELT, right?
Plus, the battery life is lit! I can go all day without worrying about running out of juice. It's like having my own personal energy drink that never runs dry. Whether it's zipping to the library or going on spontaneous skate sessions, this board keeps up with my busy student lifestyle.
Oh, and did I mention the style? This skateboard is a total fashion statement. It's sleek, it's sleek, and it's an absolute head-turner. I've had so many people asking me where they can get their hands on one.
So, fellow students, if you want to level up your campus game and make commuting a breeze, grab yourself a Maxfind FF BELT skateboard. Trust me, it's the ultimate ride for the cool kids on campus. Skating to success, baby!
