Gazebo

Thank you for your patience and cooperation in this matter.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Since the warehouse does not have the 4 panels you need for replacement, we had to contact our overseas factory. In the meantime, you can use the panels you already received — they only have slight dents and will not affect your ability to use the gazebo during these two months. We have also provided you with a discount compensation. We hope these measures can help ease your concerns.

We are sorry that we can only handle the after-sales of orders from Shopify erommy, we are not very familiar with the after‑sales policies of sellers on Amazon. We have already forwarded your feedback to the relevant staff. Thank you for bringing this to our attention — we’re here to help and make things right.
