your ax5 pro max is absolute garbage i was playing just minding my buisness then i got to watch a vid and all of a sudden you shit mouse is double clicking and scrolling and all that shit. i tried to fix but nothing can fix that. i didnt smash it or destroy it before hand but its just shit. it was at 2 bar battery when it started.

MCHOSE V9 Pro Headphones

Bought MCHOSE V9 Pro Headphones, really great for their price especially with the competitors costing 140$+, I paid 66$ (with delivery) for these. Great packaging, delivery tracking a bit inaccurate but posed no issue ^_^

MChose mouse and software impression

MChose mouse was very light weight and easy to use. The included dongle compartment was a nice touch for travelling. The buttons all feel nice and has a satisfying feel and sound when pressed. My only downside is with the software as I was unable to update my mouse dongles firmware/drivers. Encountered an issue where my games are not registering the mouse 1 button being held down. Could not spray in FPS games. Emailed the support team and they responded pretty quick with a link to update my drivers and fixed the issue. 4 stars because I couldn't update the drivers myself and had to email the support team. Other than that, the mouse is very good for the price.

Good Support

The support answered quickly and was able to help me with my Problem. The products are also good and not to expensive

Mchose has the best budget keyboards…

Mchose has the best budget keyboards you can find. The feeling is so premium i got a JET75 and showing it to my friends all said this was above 150€, none could tell this was a budget keyboard. Great overall quality, great switches, great customer service, my keyboard got stuck and they helped me unlocking my package and assisted me on how to get it fast. The only bad thing I could find was the software which is a little bit unclear with tons of options to change but many menus are written in chinese. Please add a full english version of the software because it's the only thing missing. The fact that the software is online is very good but i tried downloading the drivers but it popped up chinese phrases so i stopped immediatly. This keyboard has A LOT of potential to be a killer product, it just needs some software updates but I'm sure they will fix in the future.

I bought the keyboard k99 v2 and I’m in love with it! It has a good heavy weight to it and the sound is amazing right out of the box! Also the customer service is very patient. I thought my package was lost, but long story long I got it, and during that stressful time, customer support tried to help me. Anyways, the keyboard is great, buy without fear! Quality is there!

High Quality

High quality mouse that was in an amazing cyber green. Really pops and looks great. Build quality is great with a rubber coating and clicks are crisp and tactile. Would purchase again. Only downside was shipping took a while for me ~20 days but it was also December so maybe slowed down from holidays.

Very fast responding support, very happy with keyboard

Receiver keyboard with one row not working properly. Support is very fast responsive and kind, Mchose delivered all my expectations. Received new keyboard as a replacement, works perfectly!

Good Prices and Support

I tried Mchose because of the prices. Bought the A7 Ultra roughly 3 months ago. Very happy with that one, good quality, easy to use software and very light. A few days ago unfortunately the middle click stopped working, so I contacted the support. Overall was the process of getting a replacement (the A7X Ultra) very easy and quick. The support answered very quick and I just had to pay the shipping because the mouse is roughly the same price. So overall a very positive experience so far. Looking forward to buy more from this brand 👍🏼

I Have almost all their mice: perfect balance between quality and price, actually it is a premium quality. Ultra fast delivering and very helpful and fast support. No issues at all for more than a year.

I had a problem with the software mouse…

I had a problem with the mouse software, because for my reason the drivers crashed when installing the update. To solve the problem, I contacted support directly on the MChoose website. In the chat, I was fully listened to and given certain links and instructions on what I should do. As a result, they helped me manually reinstall the drivers so that everything worked as I wanted. Very cool support!

I ordered the ax5 pro max. I love the mouse, the only problem I had was with the drivers but the support helped me fix it very quickly.

I bought a MCHOSE 5 Ultra 2 months ago. I have been using it since than. Performed well over my expectations. And the software is easy to use also. Good value for the price.

Im really happy with the mouse i got from MCHOSE, got an A7 Ultra RE and i asked for firmware through mail because i couldnt update it and they answered really fast.
