评价综述
AI 生成Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the fast delivery and secure packaging of their retro gaming devices, noting that items arrive safely, look amazing, and stay on schedule. People also highlight the responsive customer service team, which quickly resolves technical faults, replaces damaged parts, and happily answers pre-purchase questions. However, some customers also noted occasional issues with long delivery times or receiving faulty items that required extra effort to resolve properly. A few other people also felt that customer support was unhelpful when handling returns, issuing refunds, and dealing with incorrect product orders.

Brilliant service and value
Brilliant service and great value for money. I'm able to enjoy all my retro game memories thanks to the awesome handheld device I got!
Fantastic!
I bought it on the recommendation of a friend. The product is reasonably priced and has quite complete functions. It contains many simulator games, and most importantly, you can experience many classic games. I am very satisfied with the experience in the past few days. It is worth buying and recommended.
Trimui Smart Pro
Received the Trimui Smart Pro with the loaded games on the SD card. The handheld arrived super quick and has been a gem to play every night with my kids. The retro games on the SD card bring back so many memories. Quality services for Mechdiy. Will use them again for sure! Nomad F

Thank You, Mechdiy
I've ordered from Mechdiy twice and I'm not disappointed!! I contacted to ask a question about the Halloween pack & someone answered my question very quickly & very kindly. In addition, after receiving the mystery Halloween pack, I am more than happy with my order, I hoped to have the miyoo a30 & wishes fulfilled! It will perfectly complement my Anbernic RG556 previously ordered from Mechdiy. Thank you Mechdiy & Thank you to the Youtuber Fourbi for making me discover

Best experience when it comes to retro handhelds
Their handhelds always arrive in excellent condition and their builds/game selections are always top shelf. I have a Miyoo Mini running onion OS and a TRIMUI Smart pro running Crossmix from them and they are awesome! Highly recommend.

Reliable and Great Customer Service
As someone who is active in the Retro Emulation Handheld hobby I’m constantly looking for reliability and importantly in this hobby good customer service. There are but a few reliable retailers in the emulation handheld space, with MechDIY being at the top of that list. I think it is important to point out when a retailer in this space is a valuable resource for purchasing these devices to help my fellow hobbyists. Sure you can save $5 here and there by ordering from seller Shop96436u6XXX on sites like AliExpress who have no accountability. Nothing is worse than after waiting for 2 weeks receiving a lightbulb instead of the handheld you ordered. Now that random shop no longer exists and likely no refund of your money. This should never happen yet almost all of us have experienced it. Now that all the fixtures are well illuminated in my home from this happening to me, I’ve found reliability and customer service very important in my new gaming investments. With MechDIY you get both and often their sales save me more anyways. MechDIY often has handhelds available before the market, has always been there to answer my questions and I receive orders in a timely matter none of which have ever been an unsolicited toilet brush. Few sellers in this space get my recommendation but I’ll leave it to you to value what’s important.
