Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the fast delivery and secure packaging of their retro gaming devices, noting that items arrive safely, look amazing, and stay on schedule. People also highlight the responsive customer service team, which quickly resolves technical faults, replaces damaged parts, and happily answers pre-purchase questions. However, some customers also noted occasional issues with long delivery times or receiving faulty items that required extra effort to resolve properly. A few other people also felt that customer support was unhelpful when handling returns, issuing refunds, and dealing with incorrect product orders.
