Xiaomi Corporation is a Chinese multinational electronics company founded in April 2010 and headquartered in Beijing. Xiaomi makes and invests in smartphones, mobile apps, laptops, home appliances, bags, shoes, consumer electronics, and many other products.
Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall, expressing deep frustration with the brand. Many people were dissatisfied with the customer service, complaining about unhelpful support, broken promises, and lengthy repair delays. Consumers also reported frustrating hardware flaws, intrusive advertisements, software bugs, and unexpected device failures after just a few months of use.
Some reviewers were happy with the overall device performance, praising the bright displays and smooth everyday functionality for the price. A few other people also felt that the cameras took clean photos and that the devices offered good value for budget buyers.
Mi smart pen gen 1 is literally a trash. The sensitivity of mi pad 5 is terrible as well. How can the pad detected and showed I wrote something on it when I have not touched the pad. The support team just said it is normal but how come it is normal. Would u get something on the paper even when your pen does not even touch the paper lol. It is a costly lesson. Never buy Xiaomi product and never use them.
This is a true account of what happened to a robot vacuum that was purchased from Xiaomi global. This is the last time I will purchase anything from Xiaomi ever again. Never leave a customer hanging.

2 May - Parcel is reported to be lost
Ordered a pair of shoes and never received them. They gave me a fake tracking order that would never indicate a delivery date. I emailed them about six times asking when I could receive my shoes and never got an answer… only to refer to the phony tracking order
Dear Sir, I am not able to update my phone Redmi Note 8 PRO, server problem is there, Also I am not able to create a Xiomi account on my phone, Please solve my problem as soon as possible, thank you
Xiaomi loans out their brand name to other manufacturers, they manufacture subpart trash that breaks after 1-2 uses. Getting these manufacturers to repair are impossible, they wont even accept returns.
Xiaomi plz contact me
I bought Xiaomi 14 with free MI6 tablet over 21 days ago and I still haven't received my order. I contacted customer service 8 times by phone and 3 times by email. It looks like they lost my order and nobody can help me. They refused to give me refund till they don't finish investigation. Nightmare! Avoid!
You get for whats you paid! Got redmi note 13 Pro. Apps and system is terreble. Not possable add languages. I'm a person who using 3 languages evry single day! Texting wraiting disaster! Dowloaded all data from my old phone they send all in one pile. Sorry for grammar thats give me xiaomi.
I have 2 mobiles from POCO/Xiaomi, is the same company anyway.
The Redmi last 2 years and start to get very slow and battery just for half day, later the screen start to be no accurate.
Second and last experience is the POCO F2 PRO.
After 3 years, right after the warranty ends the POCO F2 PRO stopped charge. In the repair shopping, the diagnostic was, motherboard problem.
So DO NOT BUY XIAOMI POCO series, this is garbage phones and just endure the warranty.
Beware: Xiaomi's End-of-Life Policy May Leave You High and Dry
When investing in household essentials like a water purifier, one expects reliability and support, particularly from a brand as renowned as Xiaomi. Yet, my encounter with their alarming end-of-life policy unveils a potential pitfall for any Xiaomi product owner: the abrupt declaration of a product as end-of-life, rendering your investment unsupported and, in essence, valueless, irrespective of its actual state or lifespan.
Three years ago (23-10-2020), I opted for a Xiaomi Smart Water Purifier, placing my family's health in the hands of what I assumed was top-tier technology supported by reliable customer service. Fast forward to today (13-02-2024), and the device has malfunctioned. I expected a straightforward, albeit paid, resolution, considering its out-of-warranty status. However, Xiaomi's response revealed the stark reality of their end-of-life policy.
Despite my readiness to cover repair and part costs, Xiaomi refused service, citing the device's end-of-life status due to a single unavailable component. Paradoxically, Xiaomi continues to sell filters for this model as of today (13-02-2024), suggesting the product isn't entirely obsolete for them. This selective support highlights serious concerns regarding the durability and value of Xiaomi's offerings.
This ordeal has led me to question the sustainability and ethicality of Xiaomi's post-sale support. Declaring a vital device like a water purifier as end-of-life within just three years, and denying paid repairs, is not only disheartening but also poses environmental and economic irresponsibility. It significantly erodes customer trust and loyalty, overshadowing the brand's dedication to its consumer base.
I caution potential buyers to meticulously consider this policy and its ramifications. Your indispensable appliance could be merely one component short of becoming an unsupported, inoperative gadget, with Xiaomi's policies offering no solution but premature replacement. Think carefully before investing in a brand that might not uphold its products when most needed.
Simply the buggiest phones around. They get worse with every update. Too many bugs to list here with Poco F5 "hyperos" even extremely simple things don't work.
Massive regret buying this phone.
Phone has built in adds.
When you open a pic on the phone a add pops up too.
When you are looking through the phone a add pops up
I didn't pay to have a phone so you can choose to show me adds.
I will never buy a phone from this company again, completely out of touch

And mob is restart 4to5 times in a day..
I m really much disappointed from this phone..if you are seeing this review so please let me know the solution otherwise I ll get the support of social media and ll tell whole world about your pathetic service of your phones...
Very poor service from Xiaomi as they "Don't sell spare parts" but they will charge you for servicing + postage + the part they can't possibly send out to you!
They will also need your imei number , proof of purchase , your age , inside leg measurment and your mums maiden name.
This enterprise is huge in development, mobiles and other devices, it's important to be helping this projects. First time user of a Xiaomi device and i like the curve it shows of development and features
Xiaomi - good device, but big issue for Children and no support
I bought a Xiaomi Redmi NOte 12. Excellent device ... till you get a surprise. I needed to have installed a Parental Control software.
Xiaomi do have a feater called "extreme battery saver" which can save battery but will kill all application. This is not the "normal" battery saver, that can be disabled - if launched, it just kills ANY application but phone, including the Parental Control. De facto, this makes all parental control useless.
The issue is that there is no workaround and, due to this you cannot control the phone. Worst, there is no way to have a contact or a support from Xiami to ask for any patch or chahge. If I had known, I would have chosen the device differently.
