Bad quality. I bought a Xiaomi water floss at China physical store. At first it functioned well, but after 1-2 months, it can’t function at all. Rubbish
⭐ Very disappointing customer service and a long replacement process I purchased a Xiaomi TV, but unfortunately, it arrived damaged, with a broken screen. I contacted customer service and requested a replacement, but the whole process took an entire month before I finally received a new TV. The customer service team was not particularly helpful, and the experience was frustrating and time-consuming. Receiving a damaged product is already disappointing, but having to wait a month for a replacement and not receiving the support I expected made the situation even worse. I expected much better service from a well-known brand like Xiaomi. While I eventually received a replacement TV, the overall experience was far from satisfactory. I hope Xiaomi improves its customer service and handles damaged products and replacements much more efficiently in the future.
Title: Unfair Mi Account / Security Policy on Xiaomi Watch S4 with Original Box Message: I purchased a Xiaomi Watch S4 with its original box and Serial Number (S/N). The previous owner forgot to unpair the watch from their Mi Fitness app, leaving a PIN / account lock on the device. I contacted Xiaomi Netherlands Support, but they refused to help, stating there is "no alternative method" to unlock it if the previous user doesn't unpair it. This policy is completely unfair to honest buyers. A thief stealing a new unopened watch wouldn't face a PIN lock. However, a buyer who has the physical original product box and S/N is left with a bricked device because Xiaomi refuses to verify ownership via box/serial details. Xiaomi must fix this ridiculous policy for legitimate owners who have the original product box!
They simply don't care about there faulty products. Me and others have devices, e.g. Redmi Note 13pro+ that have never received a single update. No Android update No HyperOS update No security patches It's a known and common fault but Xiaomi offer zero help or support.
Terrible service. I never received a tracking number or any notification that my parcel had arrived. It was apparently returned to the sender without me ever being informed. A complete waste of time and money. I will never order from this company again and expect an immediate refund.
I ordered two items and waited for them very much.It was for my cat who has problems with her kidney… What did company Xiaomi? They waited almost week and then just cancelled it!! Never again and very bad experience and recommendations!
Samsung and Apple are completely upfront about their update policy, and every country gets the same. Xiaomi and the rest of the Chinese manufacturers are nearly impossible to pin down. Europe gets several years of updates because of EU law, other countries get much less and it is difficult to find out the truth. I just spent a pointless session with Xiaomi chat trying to pin down their policy. All I could get was the approximate number of years of security patches and no info on system updates. No one wants to invest money in a phone without knowing how long the company will support it. Why is Xiaomi so reluctant to commit to an honest answer? Perhaps because people wouldn't buy the phone if they knew the truth.
Subject: Xiaomi Mi Band 9 – Unprofessional Authorized Service Experience, Lack of Technical Inspection, and Replacement Request (Service Form No: 146690) Dear Xiaomi Global Support Team, (Please see the attached photos showing the clear evidence of internal deformation.) I am writing to formally report a severe lack of professional technical support and unfair treatment by the Xiaomi Authorized Service in Turkey regarding my Xiaomi Mi Band 9 smart band. As shown in the attached images, a significant deformation has occurred on the left edge of the device's screen and casing. The physical structure of the damage clearly demonstrates that it did not occur from an external impact; rather, it expanded from the inside out, indicating a chemical reaction or leakage originating from within the internal components (such as the battery). When I sent the device to the authorized service center, I encountered an unacceptable and technically inconsistent evaluation process: Superficial & Incomplete Inspection: The service center declared this issue as "user error" based solely on a visual inspection from the outside, without ever opening the device to check for internal battery swelling or chemical leakage. They failed to provide any technical explanation as to how a user could cause a deformation that expands from the inside out. Contradictory and Groundless Excuses: Upon my objection, the technicians then claimed that "water had entered the device." However, the device is still functioning flawlessly. If there were water ingress, the electronic circuits would have shorted or oxidized, causing total device failure. Diagnosing water ingress without opening the casing is technically impossible and highly contradictory. Ignored Software Issues: I explicitly reported a software glitch I was experiencing with the device. However, because the technicians never properly inspected the device, this issue was entirely omitted and ignored in the final report. Lack of Resolution: When I contacted customer service, the only solution they offered was to send the device back to the exact same service center for another "check," entrapping me in an unproductive loop. I completely reject this "user error" verdict, which lacks concrete, scientific, and technical evidence. To determine whether this deformation was caused by battery failure or a manufacturing defect, the device must be opened and subjected to a detailed technical inspection. My Demand: I request a detailed, objective inspection of my product under warranty, and subsequently, a proper repair or a brand-new product replacement. If a transparent, evidence-based solution is not provided, I will escalate this matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) in Turkey to legally enforce my rights. I look forward to your urgent intervention and a professional response prioritizing customer satisfaction. Sincerely, Full Name: Gökhan Kaman Phone Number: +905523190009 Device Serial Number / IMEI: 55462/DYAMJQ4XC02300 Service Tracking Number: 146690
I have been using these smartphones for years. neve had issues. The price is good, happy overall.
It's a very worth less services, I'm too much panic about this company, because they were not supportive this company service is too much bad and use less. So guys please do not buy anything from this company otherwise you are interested the last fool.
I bought a wearable fitness wrist wearable for about £50. It was ok, but didn't have many features and I resolved to send it back. During the two-week return period I had a bladder cancer operation and was admitted overnight into hospital. There were complications and I was readmitted some days later. I contacted xiamo to return the wristband but they refused to take it back as I was a couple of days out of time. Even though I explained my hospitalisations and running out of time etc the operative was totally inflexible and wouldn't refund. I am furious and will never buy another of this chinese company's products. If I'd come to trustpilot and read the reviews about the company prior to buying I would certainly not have bought from xiaomi. What a horrific way to treat customers. Avoid, avoid!
MI is a terrible company! Is it even worth buying anything there? They aren't even interested in making sales! They don't answer emails! There is absolutely no consultation or customer support! Naturally, a Xiaomi operation like this cannot be recommended!
regarding problems with my Xiaomi Robot Vacuum. Each time, when one problem was fixed, another problem appeared. Now I have another issue: only one of the two mop pads is working, and your service team told me that they do not know what caused the problem or how to fix it. Honestly, I am very disappointed because I bought a Xiaomi product expecting reliable quality and proper after-sales service. I am from Oman, and I need a clear solution to this issue rather than continuing to repair one problem and then getting another one. Please escalate my case to a senior technician or the appropriate service department and provide me with a proper solution, including replacement of the faulty unit if it cannot be repaired properly.
How can you prioritize a 150-200 euro phone over a 1000 euro phone? I have a Xiaomi 15 waiting for updates and bug fixes but nothing..! But the Redmi 15 gets the month of month! If you wanna get a Xiaomi device, get rid of your idea! And move to Samsung or Apple. Glad to say i moved back to iOS.
Xiaomi 17 ultra worst phone ever. Dont use money on it. Their camera cant use any external audio source, therefore the sound is so bad that you cant use the video for anything. Their firmware update is bad on the camera side. Buy an Samsung instead.
Really worst experience I had.. I bought this phone 20 days back but it's already hanged, battery problem, camera issue... Don't buy mi mobile in your lifetime 🤐🙏
Love Xiaomi phones have them from before that ware selling in Ireland. But the customer service is 0... This phone has stopped allowing stared/family getting true to me even when do not disturb is turned on. ( It's supposed too ) Since an system update a few months ago . On at least 6 different times I've contacted Xiaomi support by email. And always get the wrong solution because they miss read my email. So they copy and paste what to do.. to set star numbers . which isn't relevant. Then I correct them a Day later you get a second email basically telling you that yes they will ring during DND mode. I tell them it's not working that's why I contacted you if you read the first email. I know how to set them I'm using your phones for 10 years. You then have to wait till the next day for a reply. And you guess it what you got in the first email a copy and paste of how to try and fix it. I then send email back and say I have done all of this I have explained this to you I've explained this in several emails over the last few months can you pass it on to somebody in management please.. then the next day you get an email to say thank you I've passed on your comment and then you get a survey request to see how good they've done .. what a pity a great phone but not worth the hassle now ..
I have been a loyal Redmi user for the past about 10 years. My previous Redmi Note 10 was beautifully designed and perfectly functional. Naturally, I upgraded to the new Redmi Note 14. Sadly, it has been an absolute nightmare. The back camera design is incredibly ugly, but worse than that is the software. The system now secretly and forcefully downloads apps in the background without my consent. I woke up to find Temu, Facebook, and random games automatically installed on my brand new phone. Forcing junk apps and spyware onto loyal customers is disgusting and unacceptable. The user experience is ruined. I am officially done with Xiaomi. I will never buy a Redmi phone again. Avoid at all costs.
I am highly irritated with xiaomi's stubborness and intrusivness. You cannot personalise it - you cannot unmatch bluetooth from quick sharing and you cannot disable google wallet once it decided to turn on by itself. I find it as intrusive, rude and breach of privacy. If that policy continues Xiaomi as a brand should be forced to permanent retirement meaning to be forbidden from existing
