regarding problems with my Xiaomi Robot Vacuum. Each time, when one problem was fixed, another problem appeared. Now I have another issue: only one of the two mop pads is working, and your service team told me that they do not know what caused the problem or how to fix it. Honestly, I am very disappointed because I bought a Xiaomi product expecting reliable quality and proper after-sales service. I am from Oman, and I need a clear solution to this issue rather than continuing to repair one problem and then getting another one. Please escalate my case to a senior technician or the appropriate service department and provide me with a proper solution, including replacement of the faulty unit if it cannot be repaired properly.
