They have got to do something about their voice to text. It puts in grammar with commas and periods where they don’t belong or make the slightest sense. Capitalizes things that have no right to be capitalized. Doesn’t let you just change one thing. Apple is always Apple and thinks they know better than you and makes you take out a whole phrase rather than just change the one word you want. Even though I said my name 1 million times and other phrases 1 million times it still gets the spelling wrong or thinks it’s an entirely different word
Too much software breakdowns and bricking
I tried eat my "Apple iPhone", but it was incredibly misleading. It was in fact inedible, a technological device rather than a nutritious piece of fruit. I am incredibly frustrated by my product, when I went to see customer service, they laughed at me. There was no application of common sense. Sincerely, Bjorn
I'm disappointed to iPhone 17 Pro with aluminum alloy frame, it's much softer than my last iPhone 14 PM. I already used the phone case, however, the top-right corner got a dent after it slipped and dropped down to from the desk to the floor, after 15 days I bought it . I never seen this before, I think iPhone frame is pretty solid but I'm wrong
If I could leave a zero stars I would!!!!! I got a in app purchase, tried to use it. Canceled it about 15 minutes later, it charged me a whole year. Apparently doesn’t matter how long or that it didn’t work the way I wanted or needed it to. Apple would not give me my money back. I realize to a company like that 63.59 is a nothing but to me it’s a LOT for something I now have for a year. Wouldn’t even consider a partial refund. Sent two requests, answered no, found a phone number talked with a lady, she said it was already denied twice she couldn’t do anything more about it. Either I did something so wrong with the app that I’m not aware of, which hey it could be me. But damn!! There will be no more purchases through my I phone and when this phone is done no more Apple period. Also know Apple isn’t going to give a damn but it’s all I can do.
Please stop paying for subscriptions or buying their products. They're scam artists and they use robots for everything. Its insane the money they steal

Just bought their product it is very expensive
I love Apple products for the most part and we’ve been loyal consumers of computers, iPhones, IPads, Iwatches, pro pencil, ear pods. Recently, I had a pro pencil that would not stay securely tightly on my iPad Pro. When I finally lost it, I ordered a new one only to find the original one bought in March 2026 was defective. I know this because the new pencil stays put and is very secure. I spent over 2 hours on the Apple chat today and nothing got solved after talking to 6 representatives. Yes, each time, I had to repeat the entire scenario. Then I called and spent another large amount of time trying to explain the situation to two agents. Finally, the last one listened and was excellent but they all ended up with the same response. They can only replace or refund. Since I lost the defective item, they can do nothing. The defective pencil fell off at the airport on Monday. Which is what has happened over and over. Obviously the magnetic hardware was defective. I bought a new one the same day. I was pleasantly surprised when the new one was so superior to the 4 month old original pencil. Which verified that the original pencil was not working correctly. Whether you talk to a machine or agent, the answer is one of two. NO. For such a high tech company, you would think the service would match but it doesn't. Dealing with Apple after the purchase is sub par to say the least. It makes me wonder if we should start jumping ship and move on to another brand.
Although their products, in my opinion, are very expensive and overly priced, they get the job done and are very reliable in many situations.
If I could rate zero stars I would. I have had an iPhone for YEARS but after my most recent experience I will never use another Apple product in my life EVER and I would actively encourage others to ditch Apple completely. I replied to an iMessage that was a fake job offering by copying and pasting the exact message back to the sender (which I have done a million times. I find it effective for deterring further spam) and it flagged my iMessage and disabled it completely. The close monitoring of messages on a personal device is a major privacy violation and their support team is useless. I have never had to deal with such bullshit and it has completely ruined Apple for me. iOS 26 is already garbage and I was planning on ditching Apple after that but this sealed it for me.
I've visited the Apple Store several times over the last few years with the need of help or repairs and they've always been amazing! I've found the team more than helpful, friendly and always found a solution that has often exceeded my expectations..so much so I felt compelled to write this review 😊🙏
I purchased 2x refurbished iPhones off reebleo, my son who is 12 locked himself out of his, settings it up, he rushed through with excitement as first iPhone and I wasn’t there to write down passcodes and passwords he had to create it all from scratch as first Apple product. I have sent in receipts, proof of courier, screen shot of my Reeblo account showing the 2 purchases. The recipet has abn, shop Adress receipt number. It has been decline 5x and advises to provide exactly what I have provided. I paid 700ish for this phone and my son hasn’t been able to use it. I have done all the right things each customer services person advises they can only repeat what the email advises me to do and doesn’t have a connect line to the tech support. They don’t communicate. That doesn’t even make sense how do they know what to advise and how to assist us what is the point in them then, if they can’t help us by providing more info. We cannot email tech support so it has to be screen shots of emails. You can only upload 5 docs. I cannot give them anything else. Are they avoiding working. There is no reason for my request for lock removal to be denied it is clear we purchased the phone. They are accusing me of steeling at this point. It’s just wrong
The largest computer and mobile 'phone company in the world are not contactable! Great products but crap customer service. I have just spent 45 mins wasted trying to get to chat to someone but today it seems no-one is working in Apple customer services. I had a bank card scammed and so it was blocked by my bank. Apple keep sending me NO REPLY EMAILS saying my iCloud storage will now stop as they cannot take from the old card. When I try to change the details for the new card their stupid inefficient software will not let me do so. They have no 'phone number working, no email address and the chat does not work, making this huge firm not contactable -- What a joke they are as a company. Such a pity as their products are long lasting and of quality.
I would like to share my experience and express my disappointment with Apple as a company. Unfortunately, I feel that the reputation Apple has built over many years has been completely damaged by the way my case was handled. At Christmas, my child received an iPad as a gift. It was purchased from an official Apple Store for £475, and we also bought additional accessories and devices worth around £300. We chose Apple because we trusted the brand, its quality, and, most importantly, its customer service and warranty. After only six months of normal use, the charging port stopped working. It appears that something may have happened while inserting the charger, but I absolutely do not consider this to be my child’s fault or misuse. However, even if Apple believes that the damage was accidental, the device was still within the one-year warranty period, and I was unable to receive any meaningful warranty support. Instead, I was offered a repair costing £420 — only £55 less than buying a brand-new iPad. In my opinion, this is completely unacceptable. The word “warranty” seems to have lost its meaning if a customer is still expected to pay almost the full price of a new device after only six months of use. We also contacted a service centre in Milton Keynes, where we were told that we should have purchased AppleCare. In other words, we were criticised for not paying extra protection costs in advance. AppleCare would have required monthly payments of over £3 plus a £50 claim fee, which would have cost us around £70–£80 in total. We would then still have had to wait around three weeks for a repair. Meanwhile, independent repair centres can replace a charging port for around £20 with a non-original part or around £35 with an original part, usually within the same day, and they provide a real guarantee for their work — something that unfortunately does not seem to exist in my experience with Apple. My entire family uses Apple products. However, this situation has made us seriously reconsider continuing to buy Apple devices in the future. The main reason we were willing to pay premium prices was because we believed in Apple’s quality, reliability, and customer support. Sadly, this experience has shown us that this level of protection and service is no longer what we expected from Apple. I genuinely believe this was my last purchase from Apple.
Apple dont care and certainly haven't even claimed trust pilot profile, this shows arrogance and a lack of regard for consumers. Shame becuase products are OK!
This is so awesome
