Most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. Many people expressed major frustration with the website and search tools, finding them confusing, slow, and completely unreliable for their daily tasks. Consumers also reported poor product performance, unexpected repair charges, and frustrating automated customer support that completely failed to resolve any issues. Some reviewers were happy with the efficient and professional service provided by local garages, home repairers, and small businesses. Customers frequently praised these staff members for completing difficult tasks quickly, offering helpful advice, and delivering excellent results. Others mentioned discovering welcoming local shops with friendly teams and wonderful product varieties.

Woodleas camping and caravan site

I came to Woodleas camping and caravan site for the weekend. It is an Adult only site which is what I was looking for. They have a very modern toilet and shower block, but that is it. It is a very very quiet and peaceful place which is what I needed. Sylvia and her Husband are very friendly, warm, welcoming and quite layed back. If you are looking for a quiet retreat for a few days and happy to go self catering, this is the place

Google has an option to review…

Google has an option to review businesses which is absolutely crap and useless as they don't allow you to review certain businesses in a negative way which is stupid. The whole point of the reviews section is to let people know my experience but they don't allow that anymore. I wonder how much they charge businesses for only letting 4 and 5 stars to go through?

Google uses extortion to get money

Google photo storage uses extortion to get money from you for more storage if you dont pay they delete photos in storage, even if your storage isn't full they do the same again deleting photos when requesting money for storage. I have found much of my photos deleted including albums and I'm very annoyed with google service!

Questions About the Reliability of Google Reviews

My experience with Google Reviews has raised serious concerns about how genuine customer feedback is moderated. I have attempted to leave reviews based on real experiences, supported by account numbers, reference numbers, and documented correspondence with the companies concerned. Despite providing evidence and using fair, moderate language, some of these reviews were rejected without any clear explanation. One example was my disappointing experience with Bonline, a UK VoIP and broadband provider for small businesses. Google did not allow my negative review to be published, even though it was based on a genuine customer experience and supported by evidence. The same review was accepted and published on Trustpilot without issue. This raises concerns that consumers may not always be seeing the complete picture. For example, Bonline currently has a strong rating on Google, which may give potential customers a more positive impression than is warranted if legitimate negative experiences are being filtered out. When evidence-backed reviews are rejected without transparency, it inevitably raises questions about the reliability and trustworthiness of the platform. In contrast, I have found Trustpilot to be more open to publishing genuine customer experiences while still applying its review guidelines. Based on my experience, I currently have greater confidence in Trustpilot as a platform for balanced and transparent consumer feedback.

> I will never fly with Sevenair again.Portugal

> I will never fly with Sevenair again. Sevenair flight RVP952 from Portimão to Lisbon, I looked out of the window and was shocked to see that the left main landing gear tyre was completely bald, with no visible tread whatsoever. As a private pilot with 47 years experience I would never fy with a tyre in this condition. This totally unacceptable on a commercial passenger aircraft. Whether or not the tyre technically complied with the manufacturer's maintenance limits is for the aviation authorities to determine. However, any airline that presents an aircraft to paying passengers in this condition demonstrates, in my opinion, an unacceptable attitude towards aircraft maintenance and passenger confidence. I photographed the tyre before departure and have reported the matter, together with the photographs, to Portugal's National Civil Aviation Authority (ANAC) for investigation as a potential flight safety issue. Commercial aviation depends on public confidence. Seeing a completely worn-out main landing gear tyre did exactly the opposite. I will not be flying with Sevenair again and cannot recommend the airline to anyone who expects the highest standards of safety and aircraft maintenance and professionalism.

Awful company

If I could give Google zero stars, I would. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. My Pixel phone developed a screen fault that Google acknowledged was a known widespread fault that they would fix free of charge, yet I still ended up being charged for a repair after the repair centre claimed it was "user damage"—something I very strongly dispute. To make matters worse, I was told they had photographic evidence to prove their claim. When I repeatedly asked to see these photos, they refused to provide them. Apparently, customers are just expected to take Google's word for it and pay up. I travelled over an hour to my nearest authorised repair centre after following the advice I was given, only to be left out of pocket. After all the inconvenience, wasted time and stress, Google's response was a £25 "goodwill" payment that didn't even cover my train fare. So not only have I spent a lot of money on buying the phone I've now given them an extra £100 to fix something that was a known issue with their handsets. The entire process felt like I was being passed from one company to another, ripping customers off and with nobody taking responsibility. Instead of supporting a customer with a known screen fault, I was left fighting to prove my case while Google relied on evidence they wouldn't even show me. This experience has completely destroyed my confidence in Google. I won't be buying another Pixel device, and I certainly won't be recommending one to anyone else. If you're thinking about buying a Google Pixel, I'd seriously consider whether you're willing to risk dealing with this level of after-sales support if something goes wrong. Google has lost a loyal customer over the way this has been handled. Disgraceful.

No customer or technical support

No customer or technical support. How are other users supposed to help you when there is actually a problem with Google's security program? Four days after an appeal to reinstate my account cause they thought it was ai that made the account up i still can not login. Oh yeah, I forgot I won the appeal the next day, but for some reason they still will not let me in. I waited over 48 hours for it to reset, and still no luck. The worst part is I cannot talk to anyone at Google to get the business account that I run ads in with Google fixed. The irony is I cannot pay Google for ads because I cannot run any, because I cannot get in touch with them. How do you run a company that loses money from their own mistakes?

Google makes DUNS mandatory

Google makes DUNS mandatory, forcing developers to wait at least 30 working days just to get a D-U-N-S Number. It's easier to get a passport than a D-U-N-S A private company's number now seems to matter more than government-issued documents. 30 working days for verification? Why stop at 30? Make it 300 years. 🤷

Google has killed Android for me

Google has killed Android for me I received an email today informing me that Google Assistant is being discontinued and replaced by Gemini. Brilliant. So the simple, useful assistant that did what it was told is being replaced by a smug voiced AI that frequently misunderstands basic instructions, confidently produces rubbish and seems far more interested in forcing AI into every part of my phone than actually helping me. The biggest problem is not simply that Gemini is poor. It is that Google has decided we should have no meaningful choice. I bought an Android phone, not a compulsory subscription to Google’s latest AI experiment. Other users are raising exactly the same complaints: inaccurate answers, frustrating interactions, intrusive behaviour and an inability to properly remove something they never asked for in the first place. I have used Android for years, but this genuinely has me looking for another operating system. Android was supposed to represent flexibility and user control. Apparently that ends when Google wants to inflate its Gemini usage figures. Slow clap, Google. You have taken something that worked, replaced it with total AI rubbish and removed the customer’s ability to say no. Not that Google will care.
