They can stop stealing my money. If you don't pay them once or ever wouldn't that be enough for them to stop trying to take your money? And the misleading advertisements . They took me for over $500.00 they promised to pay you for checking captcha that verifing program. And when I signed up for it, it changed to a totally different program. A program I don't need don't want can't use it. I called support and they told me that I was shit outta luck and wouldn't give me my money back. I am so sick of google they are without a doubt the biggest scam in the history of computer. People need to get together and sue their ass off. I give Google minus 10 stars. They're just shit!!!
The whole system of support centre is to get you in circles not able to contact a real person from support!!! multi billioners corporation is an awful scam to customers who earn them billions on their data
We had a great experience with Monza Car Rental in Greece! Everything went smoothly and quickly, with no unpleasant surprises. The car was in good condition, and the whole pick-up and return process was easy and well organized.
A special thanks to Anton! He is an incredibly friendly, positive, helpful and professional manager. He explained everything clearly, answered all our questions and made the whole experience even better. Employees like Anton really make a difference — every company should have more people like him!
Thank you, Monza, and especially Anton, for the excellent service. We would definitely rent from you again on our next trip to Greece. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Lively Drywall just completed replacing the drywall on our basement stairway. They completed the project in three days as they estimated. Confined the dust to the work area and did a nice job on the cleanup. They kept us informed on how the work was going. Great job at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.
I had an issue with my car a Mercedes C43. Added to which I am going on a long journey with the car in a few days. I contacted my local independent garage Richard Hollings York. I phones in the morning and was asked to pop in the pm. Within 5 mins the identified the issue and asked me to return the following day when the part would be available. After 15min wait the car was fixed and I drove off. Fast, cost effective, professional exactly what you want from your garage.
Contacted google team but issue is still there. Worst experience, stopped google ads. They don't care about customer service. I asked evidence for verification but nothing has been given. This is our decision based on our policy. that's it. I won't be paying them anymore.
Google Violated the Visual Arts Copyright Law for Ads
Hey Google, what part of a visual copyright do you NOT understand? You take old cached art that no longer exists on an artist web page or new art and create multiple ads out of it. It states "No, Google cannot legally take your copyrighted art and use it to create ads." "If you made an original piece of art, you own the copyright, and Google's official advertising policies forbid using copyrighted material without permission."
Google! You have become so much worse in the last year, it is ridiculous. I have always used you because there has never been a competitor! But, in the last 6 months, I have become so increasingly frustrated with your service that I am going to begin using another search engine. I have had google searches tell me to try again with different key words because it couldn't find anything. This has never happened before. Reddit is now the number one search result for all inquiries. Quora number 2. It seems google AI's main source also, is reddit. Where have all of the websites gone? Where has all of the information gone? It's like I don't even know you anymore. Maybe, when I change my mind, and I want to be fed an AI bot's interpretation of 3 reddit posts from 2015 and nothing else, then, I will return to google. Thank god for the good years, and thank you for these upgrades; for having successfully irritated me all the way out the door. I am so beyond you, google, don't call me, text me, or write me a song. We're over.
Awful Company with inept customer service. I had a phone with the pixel 6a battery issue where they deliberately restricted the battery. Took months to get them to accept it but, when they did, there were no reasonable solutions provided. I left it for a while before deciding I'd take the voucher option. (before their cut off date) to get another phone. They then stated the phone was suddenly ineligible for the program! Absolute cowboys. They must know they are chasing customers away. Will never buy anything from google again for me or my family
Google will not read this. It's for customers of the horrible giant.
I bought a pixel phone. The battery has swollen. Google refused any replacement or refund because the warranty had expired. They sent me in loops demanding I complete online forms that achieved nothing.
I specifically asked if they were denying me my statutory rights which extend beyond the warranty period.
Google offered me a refund.
Then their Asian call centre powered by Google's own AI started delaying once more.
This is an obnoxious uncaring company.
I will be pursuing a case through the courts to get the refund they offered me. Trustpilot will not allow me share Google's email for customer care. But the start of it is

Its a shame Google is locking down Android installs and closing off their ability to easily install APKs under the guise of security. A major step backwards for the ecosystem.
I recently published my first book of poetry through Dorrance Publishing. I worked closely with Wylie Stephenson; she took care of everything and answered all my questions without hesitation. I would do it again given the opportunity
Excellent Vietnamese food supplier! The ingredients are consistently fresh, authentic, and high quality. Their service is reliable, deliveries arrive on time, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. They offer a great selection at competitive prices, making them a fantastic choice for anyone looking for Vietnamese food supplies. Highly recommended!
No and I mean Zero option to make a formal complaint. Support seems to be no use and no reason why they will not let you make a formal complaint. No reason given.
Ordered photos on 20th July 2026
But have not received them it's now August
When I try to contact them I keep getting taken to a site for total. av
So getting pretty stressed out with it all.
Feel as if I've been ripped off
Google want to CONTROL, CONTROL, CONTROL you and they don't give a damn how they do it. They want your the data, photographs and programs you use and to then take over whatever means we use/use to use with our computers. Basically it is Communism; it has to control you. If you can, avoid using anything related to them.
My business has over 150 genuine 5-star reviews. A 1-star review was posted that clearly refers to a completely different company by name, yet it still affected our overall rating, dropping it from 5.0 to 4.6. I have flagged the review and contacted Trustpilot multiple times, but so far nothing has been done. It is difficult to understand how a review that clearly refers to a different company can remain online and continue to damage our reputation. This raises serious concerns about the fairness and credibility of Trustpilot's review system.
I genuinely believed Trustpilot was a reliable platform that verified reviews before allowing them to damage a business's reputation. Instead, I am left dealing with the consequences of someone else's obvious mistake. Why should my business suffer because Trustpilot failed to remove a review that clearly belongs to a different company?
