My business has over 150 genuine 5-star…
My business has over 150 genuine 5-star reviews. A 1-star review was posted that clearly refers to a completely different company by name, yet it still affected our overall rating, dropping it from 5.0 to 4.6. I have flagged the review and contacted Trustpilot multiple times, but so far nothing has been done. It is difficult to understand how a review that clearly refers to a different company can remain online and continue to damage our reputation. This raises serious concerns about the fairness and credibility of Trustpilot's review system. I genuinely believed Trustpilot was a reliable platform that verified reviews before allowing them to damage a business's reputation. Instead, I am left dealing with the consequences of someone else's obvious mistake. Why should my business suffer because Trustpilot failed to remove a review that clearly belongs to a different company?
