Inept customer service staff
Awful Company with inept customer service. I had a phone with the pixel 6a battery issue where they deliberately restricted the battery. Took months to get them to accept it but, when they did, there were no reasonable solutions provided. I left it for a while before deciding I'd take the voucher option. (before their cut off date) to get another phone. They then stated the phone was suddenly ineligible for the program! Absolute cowboys. They must know they are chasing customers away. Will never buy anything from google again for me or my family
