2 out of 3 purchased items were not delivered

I ordered 3 items from Nike’s website. Only 1 was delivered. One package was lost/stalled somewhere because of address system failure, and another was sent to a wrong address in a completely different city. I have spent a lot of time trying to resolve these issues with Nike customer service, but the experience has been very frustrating. Based on my experience, I would personally avoid ordering from Nike’s website until their delivery and customer service issues are improved.

I am extremely disappointed

I am extremely disappointed — this has happened TWICE now. Nike and their courier Parcel Force marked my delivery as "no one home" — but I was inside my house the entire time. I checked my CCTV footage and it clearly shows: they never even arrived at my door. They simply lied about attempting delivery and drove away. This is completely unacceptable. I waited in for my delivery, stayed home all day, and they falsely claim I wasn't there. CCTV proves they never came to my property at all. This is not the first time this has happened with Nike / Parcel Force. It is unprofessional, dishonest, and disrespectful of my time. Nike takes payment but cannot be bothered to actually deliver — then blames the customer. Order details: Or— due 30 July 2026 Nike UK: sort your couriers out. Do not lie about "failed delivery attempts" when you never even showed up. Do not shop here. You will not receive your order and they will blame you.

go swoosh yourself

Nike's motto in regards to customers: go swoosh yourself. I can not believe how low this company has sunken. Or rather been drowned by greed and the typical corporate mismanagement you see everywhere these days. Especially with big brands. All the marketing, advertising and image polishing can't hide the fact that the quality has gone down continually. It can hardly get much lower. An example are the Nike C1ty shoes. The soles last half a year of regular wear. I guess Nike thinks it's alright if shoes made for every day life in urban environments last half a year. Perhaps they are made for concrete shelves and I was mistaken? Point that out to customer service, with photos and you are told that is acceptable wear. Speaking of customer service, it's not even clear if you really speak with a human being when the annoying Nike chat bot says it will refer you to an employee. Either way you are faced with indifference and incompetence. Point that out to your local branch with a registered letter and you receive no response. Try that again, sending a registered letter to the main branch of your region, sending along photographic evidence and again you receive no response. With Nike the customer is not king. Indifference rules. I could have returned the shoes. However in my coutry Nike is known for telling customers who returned products that they received empty shipping boxes with no returns in them. So those customers don't get refunds. This has been documented by consumer rights organizations here. Can you believe it? To me that was shocking. How can a big corporation get away with that? The irony is that Nike advertises with being environment friendly. Oh yeah, Nike is moving to zero. And no, I doubt they mean zero customers, which would be a great thing. Circularity and waste reduction are promised. How about producing less waste in the form of products that don't laste and waste resources in production? Wouldn't that be great? Instead we get ensh*ttification and more drops in quality. If I could I would rate Nike with zero stars, one is still one too many. Nike is a perfect example of everything wrong with corporate "culture" ruining everything these days. But hey, the are trying to save the environment. Edit: I forgot to mention that Nike won't publish negative product reviews on their website. So consumers beware, you aren't getting the full picture when you look at products.

Absolutely terrible experience with…

Absolutely terrible experience with Nike. On July 19th, I placed an order on the Nike website for several items for myself and my son, as we were going on holiday on July 31st. A few days later, my order was delivered. The package had my name and my address on it, but the contents were completely wrong. I had ordered 10 items, but inside the package there were only 2 items, and neither of them was something I had ordered. I immediately contacted Nike customer service via chat. Twice, they tried to refuse me a refund. They told me that their records showed the order had been packed correctly and that the weight of the package was also correct. In other words, I was basically being treated as if I had received my order and was lying about it. Then I found another packing slip inside the package showing a completely different weight, with the name and surname of another woman on it, and the package was apparently intended for delivery in Germany. After sending an email to Nike, they finally told me that they would send me the correct items. However, the following day I received another email with a return label and instructions to return the items I had received. I couldn't understand why I was being asked to return items when I had never received the items I had actually ordered in the first place. I contacted them again and was told that I had to return the incorrect items first. Only after Nike received them would they supposedly send me my actual order. So, let me get this straight: Nike made the mistake, sent me someone else's order, accused me of essentially lying about it, and then made me deal with all the consequences of their own mistake. I returned the items as requested, and even after a week I still had no information about my order or any proper explanation. Eventually, I asked for a full refund, and I had to wait several more days for that as well. Throughout this entire situation, there was no proper explanation, no meaningful apology, and absolutely no sense that Nike understood the inconvenience and frustration they had caused me. I have had a Nike account for many years and have spent a lot of money with this company. I have never caused them any problems or had issues with my orders before. That is why I was genuinely shocked and disgusted by the way I was treated. A company as big as Nike should be ashamed of treating a loyal customer this way. I will be deleting my Nike account and I will never spend another pound on Nike products again. I know Nike probably doesn't care about losing one customer, but I am sharing my experience because other people deserve to know what can happen when something goes wrong with their order. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.

Extreme Delay and Lack of Transparency…

Extreme Delay and Lack of Transparency Regarding Return Refunds – To the Nike Customer Service Team, I am writing to express my extreme frustration regarding a recent return experience and an uncommunicated change to your return process. According to your customer service team, returned items must now undergo an inspection process that adds an extra 7 to 10 days before a refund is issued. This policy change was never communicated to customers, and the process appears highly inconsistent. For example, I recently returned two pairs of shorts and a pair of socks—all brand new and in their original plastic packaging. The refund for the socks was processed immediately upon receipt, but the two pairs of shorts are still pending after 11 days. When I contacted Nike via live chat, the representative could not explain the delay, suggesting only that there might be a backlog. Holding customer funds without proactive communication or clear status updates is unacceptable. I request that you look into this matter immediately and process the remaining refund for my order. Thank you

Poor quality and disappointing customer…

Poor quality and disappointing customer support I purchased a pair of Nike sneakers at a well-known department store that failed after only about a day and a half of normal use. While out on a walk, the bottom of the shoe started coming apart, forcing me to walk home with the sole flapping. I contacted Nike customer support through their website, but the process was handled through an AI customer service tool and I did not receive any meaningful follow-up or resolution. For a company with Nike’s reputation, I expected better quality control and better customer support when a defective product was reported. This experience has significantly lowered my confidence in Nike products, and I will think twice before purchasing Nike again.

Refund of Nike shoes

I ordered a pair of Nike shoes in size 40 Euro. I spoke to a Nike customer service representative who sent me instructions to return and exchange for a half size larger. Then everything went well, I handed them over to UPS to be sent back on July 7th. Then I got no response saying they received them and that the exchange was in order. So I talked to them for 3-4 weeks asking for help and finally they asked for a refund. They don't know what they are doing. It is now August 8th and we have reached the point where they could have said they cancelled the order and would refund the price BUT it has escalated again and there is NO SPECIFIC TIME FRAME to resolve it as it is pending in their warehouse. The service is STILL terrible.

Incompetent, poor and inconsistent customer service

Paid £50 online for a pair of premium gym shorts and they send me a basic pair of £10 shorts. Immediately inform customer care who tell me they need 3-5 days to investigate and will come back to me. 5 days later no response. Call them again and again promised response, 3 days later no response. Call again and apparently they need to raise a new escalation because original escalation was wrong. Promised compensation but nothing. Nike still have my money and I do not have the item I ordered. This is beyond ridiculous and a complete waste of my time. Now need to consider credit card charge back. Goodbye Nike, I will stick to Adidas.

Nike denied order refund

I would advise people to NOT spend money on a company that does not respect their customers. Nike denied order return due to quote "EXCESSIVELY WORN OR DIRTY AND NOT WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING", when all I did was take the shoes out at home, take a few steps, realized the shoes were too large, and put them back in the box for the return. There are minor debris but no discoloration on a really clear/white shoe bottom. I am really curious on what they would have said if I actually wore the shoe more than a couple steps and went outside. Would have also been fine if I was actually ignorant and negligent but I specifically made sure to only test at home, and only walked for a few steps. How else are we supposed to see if shoe style fits true to size? It's not like I take joy out of the hassle of finding out my usual Nike shoe size is not the right fit. Baffled by their customer service and dismissive attitude. Spend your hard earned money on a company that actually respects and works with their customers

Outsourcing, poor sizes, poor quality control.

Outsourcing, poor sizing and poor quality control. Air Max 90s with glue on the suede the laces are too short to do a heel lock, Dri Fit boxers where the pouch area is too small, the seams cut into my groin and cause irritation, XL dri fit socks are too small and cut off circulation.

After browsing the Nike website one…

After browsing the Nike website one day, I called the toll free number to order some slides. I didn't know until ten minutes into the call that I dialed the number wrong and was preyed upon by a company posing to be Nike, purposely set up to take Nike misdials. The red flags during the call kept multiplying until it finally hit me in the face that I was not speaking to Nike. This company knew I was under the impression that I dialed Nike and was trying to get my credit card. Nike is a monster and should be better aware of these scams and cracking down on these operators. After the call, I notified Nike about the incident. Not one word back.... But be viligent when calling companies especially monster companies like Nike. Some scams are real good

I purchased a pair of shoes at a Nike…

I purchased a pair of shoes at a Nike Employee Store and was told that, if needed, I could return or exchange them at any Nike store. When I went to the Nike Outlet in Cabazon to exchange one pair, the staff and the manager were unwilling to help and showed no flexibility in resolving the issue. The experience was extremely disappointing. I made the trip expecting Nike to honor the policy I was told about, but instead I left feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. Based on this experience, I have no intention of purchasing Nike products again.

I feel scammed

For the second time Nike claim not to have received my returned order. I gave them the benefit of the doubt first time but twice in unacceptable. they are now refusing to refund me despite my having sent proof of return and proof that they received it back at their warehouse. Their response is simply that they have not scanned it so have therefore not received it. I feel scammed

Literally no warranty.

I bought my wife who is 72 a pair of Nike waterproof trainers 8 months ago and a hole about 14mm in dia has appeared in one off the shoes. There is also a small tare in the toe where the two materials join. I raised a claim and they have said that the damage falls out of the 6 months presumption period????. Surely in the UK we have some sort out guarantee for the product use, as long as they have not been abused, and I doubt my 72 year old wife has abused her trainers. These trainers were recomended to us in the Nike shop, had we know how difficult Nike were to deal with we would not have bought them. I have replied to them three times but they just keep fobbing me off with the manufacturing date and the 6 month figure. Don't buy Nike product over priced, not good value and not real guarantee or warranty.

Will never order again from NIKE

Will never order again from NIKE. Ordered NikeSkims jacket £144 received a completely different men’s jacket different colour size everything also worth half the price. Did they think I just would notice or say anything? I now have the inconvenience of having to return the item for a refund and am worried something will go wrong with this also. How can I even be sure I will get my refund. What a complete waste of time. Disgraceful.

Think twice before buying Nike Juniper Trail 2 GORE-TEX

We bought two pairs of the Nike Juniper Trail 2 GORE-TEX shoes in Black Cool Grey and Deep Jungle Khaki—one pair for me and one for my wife. We stretched our budget because we trusted the Nike brand and the GORE-TEX technology. Unfortunately, after relatively limited use, both pairs started letting water in even during light rain. This is extremely disappointing, especially for shoes marketed with GORE-TEX, which should provide reliable water protection. Living in Denmark, where rainy weather is common, we expected these shoes to perform much better. After paying a premium price, it is frustrating to experience that the shoes do not deliver the basic feature they are advertised for. If we had known they would leak so easily, we would have chosen a much cheaper alternative instead. Before purchasing this model, I recommend thinking twice. People work hard for their money, and nobody wants to spend a significant amount on shoes that fail to meet their expected performance.
