Very disappointing experience with the…

Very disappointing experience with the Nike ReactX Rejuven8 Slides. I bought a pair of Nike ReactX Rejuven8 Slides directly from Nike. After only three weeks of use, they shrank dramatically after being exposed to normal summer temperatures during my holiday. They became **2–3 sizes smaller**, making them completely unwearable. I contacted Nike several times and submitted multiple warranty claims, but they insisted this was "normal wear and tear" and refused to take responsibility or offer a solution. A premium product should not become unusable after such a short time under normal summer conditions. What disappointed me even more was Nike's customer service and the way my warranty claims were handled. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the **Nike ReactX Rejuven8 Slides** or Nike's warranty service.

Defective shoes and terrible customer service

I bought a pair of Nike Reax 8 TR, but right out of the box, they make an intense, ridiculous squeaking noise with every single step. The sound comes from internal friction in the sole/dampening structure, making them completely unwearable in public unless you want to sound like a squeaking toy. When I contacted Nike support to make a claim for a clearly defective product, they simply refused to help or take any responsibility. It is absurd that a multi-billion dollar company prefers to lose a customer over a pair of flawed shoes rather than standing behind their own quality. Very disappointed with both the product quality and the lack of customer care. I will be buying my shoes from other brands in the future.

Defective Nike Air Monarch IV – squeaking shoe, refused inspection, terrible customer service

I ordered a pair of Nike Monarch 4 sneakers and wore them for about a month before one of the shoes started making an unpleasant squeaking noise while walking. I contacted Nike support, explained that one shoe was defective, and asked for a replacement with the same model – I did not request a refund or a different pair. Instead of offering an inspection or a straightforward solution, I was asked to fill out a form and send photos, which I did repeatedly over the course of a week. Each time I received a refusal, with the comment that “based on the photos, there is no defect.” I tried to explain that the issue is not visual – the shoe literally squeaks when I walk – but I was repeatedly told that their “world-class specialists” could determine from photos that nothing was wrong and that I was mistaken. The whole process felt like I was being string along for a week, only to be told in a very dismissive way that their decision was final and there was nothing more to discuss. Before this experience I was a loyal Nike customer with many Nike items, but after this defective product and especially the poor customer service, I no longer wish to order from Nike. I want more people to see this and understand that the company’s service quality has seriously declined.

Horrible policies and terrible return experience. AVOID!

Can't believe how bad the online purchasing and return experience is. What a disgrace. There is a reason the Nike stock is at an all time low. I will never purchase from them ever again. Refusing genuine returns for such a small and measly amount? Hard to believe they would lose customers over this. Never buying Nike ever again.

Had a pair of Nike runners that I wore…

Had a pair of Nike runners that I wore maybe 4 or 5 times. Sent pictures ot the two souls that had fell off of the runners. I had no receipt or recalection of where I had boughten them from. They would no accept my request to have sent back. Obviously they don't stand by their product.

I bought some shoes from them twice

I bought some shoes from them twice, the first time they never told me what was the issue, then I thought I did some wrong so when they sent me back my money back I changed everything what I did and they still ain’t tell me what the issue was bad customer service and I will never buy from them again I don’t recommend

BEWARE SCAM: Returned item stolen and refund refused

My husband ordered me a pair of vomero trainers as a present but unfortunately they were too big so we returned them using Nikes return service via Evri. We also ordered a smaller size pair of trainers from Nike the same day. The return was delivered back to Nike but they did not issue the refund. After numerous chasers my husband was told we would not be getting a refund as the returned item was not the trainers - they said it was a non-Nike item. Nike customer service was non existent, my husband was lied to and laughed at by Nike staff. They told us that in the box they received back was a child’s worn leotard and not the trainers (we don’t have children). So effectively we have been a victim of fraud despite following their return procedure to the letter and yet this is how they treated us. We will never order from Nike again. I am writing this review to warn other customers of this scam.

Awful from Nike

Awful from Nike. Returned a pair of trainers on 30th June, unworn with tags, they were too small. I have the tracking confirmation that the parcel was delivered to them on 30th June. 27 days later, I'm still having to chase them, and they just keep denying the refund but not giving a reason. When you phone the UK number, its awful, I spend a lot of money with Nike. Sort it out Nike, this is shocking. I will spend my money with another brand that has better customer service.

Don’t by anything from Nike

I’ve bought quite a lot from Nike over the years, but refusing a return worth 799 SEK for a pair of trousers—where *you* delivered the wrong type—is unbelievable. Neither I nor anyone at the golf club will ever order from Nike again! I will be posting reviews on various online platforms, such as Trustpilot and your own website. Poor service.

Not Worth the Hype

I really thought I'd love the sneakers I got, but they just didn't live up to the expectations. The design looked awesome online, but in person, they felt a bit cheap and not very comfortable for long walks as I had hoped. I mean, the style is nice, but I was really looking for something that could provide support without feeling like I was walking on concrete all day. Delivery was a bit slow too, which was frustrating because I was excited to try them out right away. It took almost a week to arrive, and for a brand like Nike, I expected quicker shipping. When they finally got here, I noticed there was a flaw in the stitching, which made me doubt the quality control. Honestly, I expected better from them. It’s a bummer because I usually love Nike products, but these just didn’t cut it for me. I guess I’ll have to return them and look for something else. It’s disappointing, but at least the customer service was helpful in the return process. Just wish I could’ve been happier with the product itself.

Very poor Quality & bad customer…

Very poor Quality & bad customer service from Nike! I am writing to formally dispute the findings for Claim Number 131657952. Nike assessment states that the damage is "not a material or manufacturing flaw"; however, I strongly disagree. As a dedicated Nike collector with over 70 pairs of shoes, I am well-acquainted with how your products should perform. This specific pair was used strictly for walking and was part of a large rotation, meaning they saw very little use. The degradation is not "normal wear and tear," but rather a clear failure of the materials used during manufacturing. The damage is located on the upper portion of the shoe, an area that does not sustain impact or friction during normal walking. This indicates that the issue is not due to wear and tear, but rather a factory defect. The material appears to be of substandard quality and was not suitable for this type of footwear. As shown in the photos, the material is prematurely disintegrating/falling apart despite minimal use

Awful experience, never again

This is just a short summary of what happend over the 5 weeks period, but after numerous emails, calls and online chats, Nike is saying the refund will not be issued to me on a product I have succesfully returned to them and on top of that, they could not even give a proper or believable explanation, as to why. They will not speak to me anymore and are saying that the case is closed and the decision is final... during the whole process, the responses were extremely slow and vague and only came after I chased them to ask what is going / asked for a refund many days after the product reached their warehouse. The final nail in the coffin was getting an 'explanation' after +20 days to say that the box had reached their warehouse empty and this was not communicated to me previously somehow as they were just going in circles. In fact, I was just receiving AI generated responses a lot of the time, they have provided wrong order numbers in emails, incomplete information, generic answers previously and the whole customer service experience was just awful. I have never had anything similar happen to me in the past with anyone and did not expect that this can happen with what seems a reputable company like Nike. Never buying anything from them ever in my life and I used to like their trainers.... but this was just insane how they could do that and get away with it.
