Today I woke up specifically at 8 am to wait after I favorited the jacket I liked 10 days ago and separately pressed the notification button. I immediately pressed buy it and the entire collection with all the numbers was already gone, which is impossible. Why does Nike lie to its customers through the SNKRS App?The jacket is MEN’s Anthem Jacket silver one L size
I ordered a pair of basketball shoes on the Nike website. They told me they would arrive on Thursday. Today is Sunday. What's their story? Your package got lost and they can't find it. So what's the problem with ordering another thing? There's only one pair in all of Nike's warehouses. Their customer service is the most horrible thing I've ever seen in my life. You talk to the Philippines. You talk to Mexico. You talk to India. You don't understand a word they say to you. They recite it as if someone is dictating it to them. The customer service is horrible. If you don't need to buy on the website, don't buy. It's a punishment that isn't written anywhere, and you've been warned. It's a shame for your health.
Bought pair football boots for my daughters pre season they were delivered to the door step whilst in work. Obviously when I get home they are gone it’s 8 day now and iam just going around in circles! Being passed from pillar to post. Please avoid if you have a problem they don’t give a toss. Will be getting charge back soon through bank!!!
I am disappointed with my Nike vapour Air Max trainers they have fell to bits and look like they been chewed up by rats, terrible quality for such high priced trainers, won't be buying them again
I would also give 0 stars if possible. I bought some trainers from sports direct that are faulty. They refused to refund or replace outside of the 30 day guarantee. Even though this doesn’t apply to faulty goods. They told me I had to get in touch with Nike who washed their hands of the faulty product saying that sports direct aren’t authorised resellers so they don’t know where their stock has been purchased from so can’t help as they may not be genuine. The Nike Pegasus premium trainers lasted less than 3 months with only occasional wear.
I would say 0 stars very disappointing I purchased a pair of sneakers online on June 26, 2026 that were supposed to be delivered on July 2, 2026 but on the 2nd I recieve an email from Nike stating that the order will be delayed , a week goes by and I call to see were my sneakers are and they say it's the warehouse they will be shipping them out on the 10th and on the 10 th I get another email saying they are sold out and that my order was canceled just bad business very disappointing !!!!
Dear Nike Customer Service,
I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent order. When I opened my package, I discovered that I received two different shoes instead of a matching pair.
As shown in the attached photo, although both shoes appear to be similar in color, they are different models and do not match. This is very frustrating, especially as I was looking forward to wearing them.
I have always trusted Nike for its quality and attention to detail, so I was surprised by this mistake. I would appreciate it if you could resolve this matter as soon as possible by sending me the correct matching pair or advising me on the return and exchange process.
Please let me know the next steps. I can also provide my order number and any additional information you may need.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue. I look forward to your response and a quick resolution.
Kind regards,
Attach the photo you shared as evidence when sending the email.
I bought shoes of them. And they had problem. I send them fotos to see them, and told to send them back with their transportation. I send them back with their transportation, and after 1 moth they told me that the package was empty and they don't give me my money back
Only because I can’t give them 1-star! This store’s management is deplorable. Literally declined two returns that were preapproved and CONFIRMED BY NIKE FOR IN-STORE RETURNS. One manager approved one return (with an override) then got a more senior manager (no idea why) and he inexcusably declined the other two returns. Absolutely tone deaf and irrational. Nike as whole as gone down the tubes and their stock won’t take long to follow suit.
I always used cheap Nike shoes but most recent 3 pairs of shoes had a mid-sole separation issue. So this year i had to throw away 3 pairs. One pair had a mid-sole separation after 1 week of barely any walking and a few sessions in gym. Looks like the glue they use on budget shoes is no longer fit for purpose.
NIKE SNEAKERS WITH AIR POCKETS HAVE ISSUES, AND IF YOU BUY, YOU HAVE NO RECOURSE
I bought NIKE Sneakers through the NFLSHOP. From day 1 the one shoe was making a squeaky noise. I only wore about 3 times because my Wife could not take the noise coming from my one sneaker. We thought something got stuck to the bottom, but couldnt find anything. The third time I wore them my friend laughed when we were looking and said stop and that the noise we were listening to was a mfg defect with the air pocket, he had the same problem in the past.
I asked to have the sneakers replaced because they were less than 2 months old and I only wore a couple of times, I was told I could get 25% back. So, I spent $125 plus tax and with 25% back, I'm out $100 with no sneakers or anything to show for my money. I'm on a fixed income and don't have the money to pay twice for a pair of sneakers. My advice, stay away from NIKE sneakers with air pockets, seems like they have lots of issues lately
So they responded today after I filed complaints. I have to send them back, they have to receive them, that could take a week. Then, they have to look them over which they said takes another 7-10 days, then i get a refund in 7-10 days. So im out a month of sneakers I need, then I can order new ones and pay more because they were on sale at 125 and no i have to pay shipping, and the NFLSHOP could care less. I asked for a replacement, nope. STAY AWAY FROM NFLSHOP.COM
Metcon 10 - What a massive disappointment.
The main reason anyone buys a Metcon is for its advertised durability during high-intensity workouts, specifically rope climbs. However, after FEWER THAN 10 ROPE CLIMBS, the reinforced side wall (the rope wrap zone) completely failed. The material started peeling, cracking, and structurally separating from the upper. This isn't normal wear and tear from months of abuse—this is a major material and bonding defect on a flagship model right out of the gate.
To make matters worse, when trying to address this structural failure, Nike support simply brushed it off because it was bought from a local retail store instead of their own shop.
If you are buying these to actually do CrossFit and climb ropes, stay away. The quality has completely collapsed compared to older models. Nike completely missed the mark with the durability of the Metcon 10. Save your money and switch to a brand that actually supports competitive athletes
In total I’ve bought 4 pairs of Nike by you over the last 5 years, effort into design and all that fun stuff.
The last two pairs have had to be returned due to failed adhesives to the soles! After weeks of wearing leisurely… few hours a week.
Being offered a refund to then have to redesign and wait for the delivery time which could be up to 6 weeks, the latest pair took its time.
Talking to Nike employees Athletes all who seem to be called N/A… are very understanding however can’t do much apart from feeding it back to the team… which is abit more like confession as too much else.
Wouldn’t really waste your time on knocking on any doors for some sort of aftercare or real understanding as to lip service and a lot …. A lot of time being wasted with them…
Just do it seems to be more of a customer service “vibe” in a just take the money as we don’t get paid well enough for this…
Nike by you is a huge let down… the amount of conversations and folk that ask… even had in the middle of London/japan and Orlando … unfortunately the manufacturing doesn’t make up for the cost and time invested into these..
40 minutes of contradictory scripts and terrible service.
I am incredibly disappointed with the live chat support team. After signing up for a membership with my birthday on the 14th, I reached out to see if a Birthday code could be issued manually to insure I didn't miss the email cut-off this month. I explained the situation fully and the agent explicitly assured me: "I am glad to assist you with the birthday discount. I got you on this!"Then they backpedaled and claimed you only get the discount on your 1-year anniversary with Nike, before abruptly ending the chat while I had 2 messages to be responded to- the conversation was not over. I opened a new chat, and the next agent completely contradicted them, saying you get it from your actual birthday onwards! Checked the website after and it says to sign up well before but doesn't suggest a specific timeline so I doubt I'll get one. Absolutely terrible service, zero training, and zero consistency, long waits. They just read conflicting scripts until you get tired and go away. No help provided. Just get directed to their sale. I won't be supporting them again.
I brought a pair of trainers from rebal sports in new zealand, washed them and they fell apart, had them about months and a half took them bk and said they can't exchange them because they were washed has anyone had anything like this, the soles have fallen off
I am 3 days outside a return window for a pair of cleats I purchased. I do understand the return policy, but tried to explain to the customer service rep Eric. That I was only asking for an exchange on an unworn pair of cleats they were still selling. He repeatedly asked me to hold for 2 minutes (which was over 15 minutes total) while he waited for his supervisor Maria to approve calling me back. He then said his supervisor insisted he read a statement about the return policy stating they cannot give me a refund. I again asked for an exchange and again he said to hold to get approval for Maria to call me back within 5 hours. The terrible customer service is disappointing. Asking repeated holds to get approval that someone would willing to talk to me is poor customer service. Again the shoe is currently being sold and is 3 days outside the window only. Someone did call me outside the 5 hours window…but left a message that they can’t refund me. It’s unfortunate that they cannot be more understanding for a show they are still selling. They would be losing nothing exchanging the shoe. Nike
Customer service had been going backwards. Many teams in our area are using Adidas for uniforms, but I always advocated for Nike products…because of the customer service.
My order was not delivered and Nike stated lost in transit and now they have to investigate. No immediate refund and I am put of pocket and no goods received. Don't expect good customer service if anything goes wrong.
Would give zero if I could. Ordered a customised Brazil kit, and was told at checkout it would be here in 12 days maximum (2nd July from 21st June). I already thought that was a bit much. However, after four days of having to chase up customer services to ask why my order still hasn’t been dispatched, I’ve been told to wait another five days (7th July) before following up again, so they can “investigate”. All that likely means is that they’ll confirm it’s delayed again. This has totally wrecked my plans, as I was supposed to be wearing it to the World Cup, and I fly out on the 3rd. Awful customer service, and a disgraceful experience from such a prominent company. Will never buy from them again.
For such a big brand they are awful. I returned 2 items they only refunded for on of them. You cannot contact anyone there just a chat bit that takes ages to respond. When u call the number its a robot too then when u speak to someone they say its wrong department and start the chat bot again.sorry nike I will never buy from you again
