Based on your comment, we have reasons to beleive that the second order was submitted from a different account. Have you already contacted our support team? Our standard process involves sending a confirmation email after receiving payment, followed shortly by another email containing the details of the package. Please check your inbox thoroughly, including your spam folders, as our emails sometimes end up there. Alternatively, you may also log in to our website, to check the full progress of your order.
