$100 controller issue promptly resolved
Had an issue with my controller's ZL not working. I was too busy to get customer support before the store's 30 day return policy, so I explained it to them and asked for a grace period. They were kind enough to comply with my request and got my issue promptly resolved by sending me a replacement after I showed them and explained the issue.
Amazing product and customer service!
I purchased the M12HD, they are great, fit great and work great. I had a slight issue, contacted support via whatsapp and they reviewed my unit through video and instantly identified a slight defect. To my surprise they instantly offered to send me a replacement. 10/10 product and customer service from them!

I ordered the Mobapad M12 S Black
I ordered the Mobapad M12 S Black. It was shipped into the Czech Republic just in a week. Really fast. And the controllers are awesome! When I just unboxed it, I was satisfied with the premium feeling and ergonomics. For the price, absolutely worth it. They look premium, they are light, nice to hold and the unboxing experience was really nice. And when I connexted the controllers for the first time to the console, I just fell into satisfied smiling and enjoyed the gaming with them. That was so awesome! The joysticks are absolutely precise and their surface finish is perhaps even more pleasant than on Xbox One controller, which was my favorite so far. Mechanical microswitches allow for instant response and certainty in every press. I really feel full control over the game. I didn't expect that at all, it's not exactly a given. It's a great feeling. The grip in the palm of your hand is completely natural for the size of the console and I'm really enjoying playing now. I also appreciate the 9-axis gyroscope, the backlight is not distracting and as a bonus, the controllers really suit the console, as if they were meant to be released originally. I'm excited and thank you very much for the much noticeably better gaming experience!

A Great Upgrade for the NS2
I recently bought the M12S Joy-Cons for the NS2, and they’ve completely changed my gaming experience! They’re much more comfortable to use, with excellent ergonomics that make gaming far more enjoyable. They integrate fully with the NS2 system, and the materials and overall build quality are great. If you’re considering buying them, I definitely recommend them!

Best support I’ve encountered
One of the best customer supports I’ve ever encountered! The definition of above and beyond. Had a minor issue with my m12HDs and was promptly issued a warranty replacements no questions asked, Had a different again minor issue with the replacement, didn’t expect to get another replacement but they offered it right away after their technicians couldn’t figure it out. Very fast response time and competent staff. This is definitely the first company I will check if I’m looking for a new controller.
Fantatsic Customer Support
I've been using the Mobapad M12 HD controllers for my Nintendo Switch 2, and they've completely transformed the handheld experience. The Mobapad M12 HD are a great option…
The Mobapad M12 HD are a great option to replace the original Nintendo Joy-Cons. Especially the sticks are way better and more precise. Also the grips feel a lot more comfortable for longer play sessions. The M12 HDs feature HD Rumble and some more functions (macro, turbo etc) as well. You can also turn on your Switch 2 with the wake-up function. The only downside from my perspective is the use of the Switch 1 protocol - which leads to some minor quirks, e.g. the Joy-Cons will only charge will the Switch is in use. But this doesn‘t distract from an overall great experience!
Order not delivered and inconsistent shipping information
I placed an order with Mobapad on May 13, 2026. The order was never delivered. Only after repeated attempts to get a solution did the seller inform me that they could not ship to my location. This should have been known before accepting the order and payment. Despite admitting they could not fulfill the order, the seller later provided tracking information in a PayPal dispute, which does not reflect an actual delivery of the item. The situation has resulted in unnecessary delays and conflicting information, and I am still waiting for the refund to be properly processed. Based on this experience, I consider the service unreliable, especially regarding shipping capability and post-sale communication.

Charging grip is a winner
The charging grip for the Mobapad M6 HD Works exactly as it should. The cable isn’t the longest but any usb-c cable can help make it easier to charge and play on the switch or PC. Another excellent Mobapad product. I’m excited to see what these folks come up with next.
