ModdedZone

We're sorry to hear about your experience, but we'd like to clarify a few details. According to our records, your controller was shipped to the shipping address provided and was marked as delivered by the carrier on August 1st. We also responded to each of your support inquiries within 24 business hours. Your initial message was received outside of our business hours on Friday, July 31st, and our first response requested your order number because the information provided did not match any recent orders in our system. After receiving your follow-up, we continued working with you to locate the order, as it had been placed through a third-party Shopify seller rather than directly through ModdedZone. At this time, we have successfully located the order. Since the purchase was completed through a third-party Shopify seller and not directly through ModdedZone, we have advised reaching out to that seller directly for further assistance regarding the delivery and any potential resolution. We understand how frustrating situations like this can be, and we appreciate your understanding as we help direct you to the correct support channel.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience, however we were unable to locate an order in our system based on the information or name provided in this review. We take concerns like this very seriously and would like the opportunity to help resolve this for you as quickly as possible. Please contact our support team directly with your order details so we can look into this further and, if applicable, log a return or replacement right away. For future reference, our support team is available via phone or email prior to purchase to verify order details and answer any questions. This helps ensure customers receive exactly the product they are looking for and understand all available options before placing an order. We appreciate your feedback and hope to assist you in resolving this matter.
