Scam. I bought a weekly diamond pass but they did not deliver it to my account. After 24 hours, I reached out to their support and they “refunded” me through their wallet but I can no longer buy the weekly pass because they increased the price.

My experience with Moogold was incredibly frustrating. First, they took an unreasonable amount of time to ship my order — what should have been instant delivery dragged on for days without any clear communication or updates. They rarely respond, often close the chat window without helping, and refuse refunds or blame technical “glitches” every time something goes wrong. I spent money expecting a reliable service, but instead they kept my funds locked in their wallet system and refused to return it to my card.
