They advertised bonuses they don’t actually give. Tried to buy a top up bonus but did not receive it. When I tried to resolve this, an agent named Alvin told me the top up was linked to the games account and not moogold itself and he told me to talk to the game company and then literally ran away and closed the live chat when I asked for proof of the terms. Terrible customer service and false advertisement. Also Alvin was very unprofessional and it was clear he didn’t care at all.

Cannot deliver the goods I ordered and instead of refunding the funds to the payment method I used they refunded to MooGold wallet instead and says that there's no way to refund the said funds.
