Moogold is a scam company
Moogold is a scam company. I placed an order on September 2nd, and they put it on hold for identity verification. I sent the required documents as per their instructions, but they haven’t done anything. Unfortunately, I canceled the order. The company’s game has begun. They told me that the refund would come after 14 days. I waited for the refund, but on September 26th, I contacted them again. They asked me to send them the bank statement to prove that I hadn’t received the refund. What’s the point of contacting them if the refund is coming? I sent the bank statement to the concerned department email, but it’s been three days, and I haven’t received a response. The live chat has repeated messages. ORDER#28942008 DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. Otherwise, your money will go. Stay away from this kind of scammers.

The duration of order investigation is taking too long , I waited like 10 days for my order to be investigated. And when we order multiple IDs on same order id they sometimes doesn't send some of the order but marked it as complete.
Do not save your card or top up to moogold
1 - Hacker request for password reset 3 times and managed to gain access to moogold account (Note: Email security dashboard show 0 login activity) 2 - Hacker drain my wallet by buying steam vouchers 3 - I raised to CS afterwards and they literally close the chat everytime I talk about it Conclusion : There is obviously a breech or backdoor in their system with the password reset, I am not the only case that I see here

One of the worst and trash sites i have ever seen. Bought apple gift card which i never received. Once asked for a refund they said it will take 7-14 days. Now its been more than 12 days but i still havent received my refund, whenever i contact support they always say the same thing "Do you wish to cancel? You will received your refund within 7-14 working days(exclude saturday/sunday)" Scam site do not buy anything

Liars and thieves, take your money and deliver nothing for it. Ask for a refund and they tell you it will take 14 days despite them getting the payment in seconds. Their agents are very very very slow and no help at all. This website needs to be banned.
