Outright scam. They are not able to provide the PSN Card I want, just keep sending me ones that have already been used and cannot be redeemed. Yet they will not refund me, only refund as MooGold balanace, which is useless since they cannot provide the card I want. So I lost dollars for absolutely no reasons. I recommed seagm over this bullshit. Also the CS named Yiing keeps adding "ya" in the end of his sentences randomly, and wouldn't provide any actually help other than repeating the same useless statement.
Not a bad experience, but it's conducive from the customer service to being useful in helping solve my problem via including verifying the phone number. Thanks to Crimson for being helpful in solving the problem.

A couple of times the queue just stopped and I had to re-enter again
But, WSY helped a lot when the queue finally reached me and they were very quick in resolving my issue
I waited for support for about an hour, which was a bummer. When I got into touch with the support, Wsy was very quick and a polite fellow and he got my issue resolved.
Yesterday it took a bit of time due to queue and I wasn't able to get service
But today there was no queue and yiing helped me immediately,it was quite easy to understand too
i had an issue verifying my phone number to proceed with the checkout, i dont know why exactly it failed but it was a bit frustating
my first attempt at seeking the support via Chat went rather poorly,
i was asked for screenshots of my problem and since i using the laptop, it was kinda cumbersome, especially cause i had to take another one because Caren wanted a screenshot of the Full page instead of just the issue part
and then the chat just closed by itself, bad first help and support
my second attempt around 2h later with Liz went surprisingly easy, making a screenshot of the same problem for a third time but she immediatly responded to it and did not just close the issue
after making another screenshot of my phone number, i finally got my phone number verified
tldr
support chat with caren and the issue itself = unsatisfactory
support by Liz = gets the job done and i am happy now
Caren is rude and not professional in servicing customer. She is not helpful as well. When I try to ask more, she disable my livechat. Thumbs down on her.
