The customer service representative, who is called "El," is the worst person for the job. He deactivates the chat. The worst part is that on February 25th, I made a purchase that was declined, the money was deducted from my bank account, I went to the bank to file a claim, and it turns out the transaction was processed correctly. In other words, this website scammed me because they say they didn't receive it, and they keep stopping responding to emails, website messages, etc. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

The worst experience with a site so far paid 105$ to top-up my wallet so i can buy on the site they asked me to verify and stuff which i get it been through this on z2u but here's the catch once i sent proofs that i own the cridit card days are passing by with no response at all from them when it should have been a 24/hrs maximum you start to think you know what imma talk to the customer support through live chat guess what the chat keeps on disappearing whenever an agent joins it like it turns into a white page asking for a refund makes it worse told me 7-15 days for a refund to be processed which after all of this who would believe these scammers there's something sooo suspicious about this site so i advice u not to buy from them at all !!!

Don't use this website. They locked my account without any reason when I try to talk to the customer service they ask me to email them about account's situation.
