评价综述
AI 生成Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Consumers frequently highlight that the support staff is extremely helpful, kind, and always ready to assist promptly with any request. People deeply appreciate the speedy replies, efficient service delivery, and overall smooth experience when topping up. However, some people mentioned that payment verification processes can take an excessively long time and cause unexpected frustrations. Some reviewers were not happy with long queuing times, slow response rates, and unhelpful communication when trying to resolve urgent account issues. A few customers also expressed concerns about unexpected security alerts and delayed refunds following transaction errors.

"EL" disabled my support access simply for requesting bank information. Please be extremely cautious, as it is highly concerning that someone with this level of immaturity has control over financial assets. He acts arbitrarily and lacks any professional oversight. Based on my experience and many similar reports, he is not trustworthy. Do not risk your money with him. Actually they have my money 100$ and i think that money get loss. Scammers on all way.
thank you ela

MooGold is the best site for Binance gift card
Yes 5 stars..Liz one of their customer service is amazing..try it.... I have been using MooGold for many years. they were good earlier on then they sort of dropped the ball, It was frustrating they ran out of cards all the time and took days to fill the order..I left for a few months.... But now something has changed....they have a new direction or new management but it is so much better. For anyone looking for Binance gift cards.. use this site it is unbeatable .. trust me you will not find a better price anywhere else and it is quick.
Worst support & order delay
This website is nightmare and don't even try to resell from this website because they will ask you about card detail and bank statement,it seems not bad right? No, it's bad because even if you uploaded everything right they will still end up telling you awooo this thing is missing re upload again with this and that each time 24+ hours for respond Customer service is incredibly useless at this case they won't do shyt for you and only texting you robotic scripted chat ,if you talk to them further they will close chat at your face and even not allowed to open another support chat untill next person support came that's also 4..5 hours but still they won't do shyt to your case
